溫度變化對預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土曲線梁橋的影響研究

【摘要】:依托某城市快速化改造中曲率半徑為60m的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土曲線梁橋制作1∶5縮尺模型,利用振弦式錨索測力計(jì)、壓力傳感器和自動化無線數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),測量溫度變化對有效預(yù)應(yīng)力波動以及支座反力的影響;通過有限元軟件計(jì)算預(yù)應(yīng)力波動對支座反力變化的影響。結(jié)果表明,有效預(yù)應(yīng)力隨溫度變化的趨勢明顯且相關(guān)性好,說明測量數(shù)據(jù)可靠,溫度越低,有效預(yù)應(yīng)力越大;溫度變化引起的支座反力改變主要是因?yàn)榛炷两Y(jié)構(gòu)自身的熱脹冷縮,而由于溫度變化造成的有效預(yù)應(yīng)力波動引起的支座反力改變很小,約占5%~10%的比例。
[Abstract]:Based on the pre-stressed concrete curved girder bridge with 60 m radius of curvature in a city's rapid transformation, the 1:5 scale model is made, and the vibration string type anchor cable dynamometer, pressure sensor and automatic wireless data acquisition system are used.The effect of temperature change on the effective prestress fluctuation and the reaction force of the bearing is measured, and the influence of the pre-stress fluctuation on the reaction force of the bearing is calculated by the finite element software.The results show that the trend of effective prestress with temperature is obvious and the correlation is good, which indicates that the measured data are reliable, and the lower the temperature, the greater the effective prestress.The change of support reaction force caused by temperature change is mainly due to the thermal expansion and contraction of concrete structure itself, but the change of support reaction force caused by effective pre-stress fluctuation caused by temperature change is very small, accounting for about 510%.
