西北干寒地區(qū)常見病害對公路橋梁可靠性的影響

【摘要】:西北干寒地區(qū)主要指中國氣候寒冷、干旱地區(qū),該地區(qū)主要分布在中國西北部,主要包括新疆全部區(qū)域、甘肅省大部區(qū)域、青海省全部地區(qū)、寧夏全部區(qū)域、陜西省北部地區(qū)以及內(nèi)蒙古西部、青藏高原北部和東北部地區(qū),氣候寒冷干燥。由于這些地區(qū)氣候的特殊性,該地區(qū)公路橋梁經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)單板受力、裂縫和凍融等病害。嚴(yán)重影響了橋梁正常服役,給行車安全增添了隱患。因此,研究西北干寒地區(qū)公路橋梁可靠性的意義尤為重要。 本文結(jié)合連霍高速古浪-瓜州段高速公路混凝土梁橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘,結(jié)合西北干寒地區(qū)寒冷季節(jié)長、冰凍期長、年溫差和天溫差大的氣候及環(huán)境特點(diǎn);采用理論分析、數(shù)值仿真及現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)的方法,對跨越沙漠及季節(jié)性凍土區(qū)的混凝土和鋼筋混凝土梁橋的病害機(jī)理及其對混凝土梁橋可靠性的影響進(jìn)行分類研究并提出梁橋病害處置及養(yǎng)護(hù)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù);通過梁橋病害的數(shù)據(jù)采集及觀測研究,提出干寒地區(qū)混凝土梁橋可靠性預(yù)測模型及養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù),得出評價(jià)混凝土梁橋的可靠性的實(shí)用理論和技術(shù)方法。計(jì)算結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度指標(biāo)、數(shù)值模擬,來研究病害對橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性的影響,總結(jié)一些橋梁病害監(jiān)測、加固方法應(yīng)用于西北干寒地區(qū)公路橋梁中。本文主要進(jìn)行了以下工作: (1)現(xiàn)場調(diào)查并查閱相關(guān)資料,介紹裂縫、單板受力現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的原因,總結(jié)西北干寒地區(qū)病害類型; (2)結(jié)合先前研究成果,總結(jié)裂縫、單板受力病害的機(jī)理; (3)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度理論知識的研究; (4)結(jié)合裂縫計(jì)算理論,研究裂縫對鋼筋銹蝕直至可靠度的影響; (5)應(yīng)用有限性軟件模擬板梁橋單板受力模型; (6)分析單板受力現(xiàn)象對橋梁可靠度的影響; (7)結(jié)合橋梁檢測加固技術(shù),提出針對連霍國道(古浪-瓜州)K241+864中橋的病害監(jiān)測及防治技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:The dry and cold regions of northwest China mainly refer to the cold and arid regions of China. This region is mainly distributed in northwest China and mainly includes all regions of Xinjiang, most regions of Gansu Province, all regions of Qinghai Province, and all regions of Ningxia.The northern part of Shaanxi Province and the western part of Inner Mongolia, the northern and northeast parts of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau have a cold and dry climate.Due to the particularity of climate in these areas, the highway bridges in this area often suffer from veneer stress, cracks and freeze-thaw diseases.It seriously affects the normal service of the bridge and increases the hidden danger to the driving safety.Therefore, it is very important to study the reliability of highway bridge in northwest dry and cold region.Based on the engineering background of concrete beam bridge of Lianghuo High-speed Gulang-Guazhou section of expressway, combined with the climatic and environmental characteristics of long cold season, long freezing period, annual temperature difference and great temperature difference in northwest dry and cold region, the paper adopts theoretical analysis.Methods of numerical simulation and field test,The damage mechanism of concrete and reinforced concrete beam bridge across desert and seasonal frozen soil region and its influence on reliability of concrete beam bridge are classified and studied. The key technologies for the treatment and maintenance of beam bridge disease are put forward.Based on the data collection and observation of beam bridge disease, the reliability prediction model and maintenance technology of concrete beam bridge in dry cold area are put forward, and the practical theory and technical method to evaluate the reliability of concrete beam bridge are obtained.The structural reliability index and numerical simulation are calculated to study the influence of the disease on the reliability of the bridge structure. Some bridge disease monitoring and reinforcement methods are summarized and applied to the highway bridges in the dry and cold region of northwest China.The main work of this paper is as follows:1) investigating and consulting relevant data, introducing the causes of cracks and veneer force phenomena, and summarizing the types of diseases in the dry and cold areas of Northwest China;(2) combined with previous research results, the mechanism of crack and veneer stress disease is summarized.(3) Research on the theoretical knowledge of bridge structure reliability;(4) combined with fracture calculation theory, the influence of crack on the corrosion and reliability of steel bar is studied.5) the finite software is used to simulate the single plate force model of slab girder bridge.6) analyzing the influence of veneer force on bridge reliability.Combined with bridge inspection and strengthening technology, the disease monitoring and prevention technology of Lianghuo National Road (Guanlang-Guazhuan K241 864) Bridge is put forward.
