【摘要】：隨著自動(dòng)化技術(shù)趨于成熟,建設(shè)自動(dòng)化碼頭已成為未來碼頭發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)和主流,輪胎式集裝箱門式起重機(jī)(RTG)半自動(dòng)化改造即為適應(yīng)自動(dòng)化碼頭建設(shè)的需要。然而,RTG的半自動(dòng)化改造是否符合安全性的要求目前還沒有相關(guān)技術(shù)的分析與研究。利用模糊層次分析法(FAHP)分析RTG半自動(dòng)化改造的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用過程中存在的問題及時(shí)整改,確保其安全運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:With the maturity of automation technology, the construction of automatic terminal has become the trend and mainstream of the future wharf development. The semi-automatic transformation of tire container gantry crane RTG is to meet the needs of the construction of automatic wharf.However, there is no analysis and research on whether the semi-automation reconstruction of RTG meets the requirements of safety.The paper analyzes the risk of RTG semi-automatic transformation by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), and combines the existing problems in the field operation process to correct it in time to ensure its safe operation.
