【摘要】：瀝青混合料是高速公路、城市道路的主要鋪面材料，它直接承受車輪荷載和各種自然因素（如日照、溫度、空氣和雨水等）的作用影響，其性能和狀態(tài)都會(huì)發(fā)生變化，以至于影響路面的使用性能和使用壽命。為了保證瀝青路面長(zhǎng)期保持良好的使用狀態(tài)，瀝青混合料必須滿足高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性能和抗水損害性能。 鋼渣廢膠粉瀝青混凝土室內(nèi)研究屬于空白，工程應(yīng)用未見報(bào)道，需全面評(píng)價(jià)鋼渣廢膠粉瀝青混凝土混合料路用性能，進(jìn)行鋼渣廢膠粉瀝青混凝土混合料高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性能、水穩(wěn)定性能、疲勞性能等方面的評(píng)價(jià)，并與普通瀝青混合料和SBS改性瀝青混合料進(jìn)行對(duì)比。 本文根據(jù)實(shí)際工程，在施工與設(shè)計(jì)良好情況下，鋼渣廢膠粉改性瀝青混凝土路面比普通瀝青混凝土路面使用壽命長(zhǎng)，壽命長(zhǎng)表示養(yǎng)護(hù)的費(fèi)用少，減少養(yǎng)護(hù)和維修引起的道路斷交，，減少車戶時(shí)間延誤，減少施工所引起道路周邊環(huán)保問題。 鋼渣廢膠粉瀝青路面在低溫條件下仍然有一定彈性，車輛行駛路面時(shí)車輪可以破壞路面上冰層，而起到防止路面結(jié)冰，加大路面與輪胎間的滑動(dòng)阻。所以鋼渣廢膠粉改性瀝青路面起到碎冰、防滑作用，提高了司乘人員的安全，增加路上的服務(wù)質(zhì)量。還增加了雨天抗滑，減少了濺水，雨天行車視線更清晰，且與路上標(biāo)線形成強(qiáng)烈對(duì)比，夜間的可視性有了明顯增強(qiáng)，夜間道路用戶的路上安全性有明顯增加。間接節(jié)約了道路用戶費(fèi)用。
[Abstract]:Asphalt mixture is the main highway, city road pavement material, which is directly under the wheel load and all kinds of natural factors (such as temperature, sunshine, air and water etc.) the effect of the performance and the state will change, so that the influence of the pavement performance and service life of asphalt pavement. In order to ensure good use state for a long time, the asphalt mixture must meet high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water resistance.
Steel slag asphalt concrete of crumb rubber interior is blank, the engineering application has not been reported, comprehensive evaluation of steel slag crumb rubber asphalt concrete mixture performance of steel slag, waste rubber asphalt concrete mixture high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability, fatigue performance evaluation and other aspects, and with ordinary asphalt mixture and SBS comparison of asphalt mixture.
According to the actual engineering design and construction, in good condition, the steel slag crumb rubber modified asphalt concrete pavement than ordinary asphalt concrete pavement with long service life, long life said the maintenance cost, reduce maintenance and repair the road off, reduce the time Kurumado delay, reduce the environmental problems caused by the construction of surrounding roads.
Steel slag waste rubber asphalt pavement under low temperature condition still has certain elasticity, the vehicle road wheel can damage the road on the ice, but to prevent the ice on the road, increasing the sliding resistance between pavement and tyre. So the steel slag crumb rubber modified asphalt pavement to crushed ice, anti-skid effect, improve the safety of the driver on the way, increase the quality of service. Also increased the wet skid resistance, reduce splash, rainy day sight clearer, and contrast with road markings, visibility at night has been enhanced and the night road users of Lu Shangan has increased significantly. The indirect saving road user costs.
