【摘要】：塔里木盆地最終可探明油氣資源總量為160億噸油當(dāng)量,其中,石油80億噸、天然氣10萬億立方米,被中外地質(zhì)家稱為21世紀(jì)中國(guó)石油戰(zhàn)略接替地區(qū)。根據(jù)規(guī)劃,塔里木油田從現(xiàn)在至2014年年底,老區(qū)將穩(wěn)產(chǎn)1870萬噸、新區(qū)將建產(chǎn)1300萬噸,2015年1月1日起油氣產(chǎn)量踏上3170萬噸計(jì)劃步伐。作為油田開發(fā)的輔助建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,油田道路建設(shè)在油田的勘探、開發(fā)、運(yùn)輸中起著關(guān)鍵性的作用。塔里木油田地處我國(guó)最大的流動(dòng)性沙漠——塔克拉瑪干大沙漠,人稱“死亡之�！�,自然環(huán)境十分惡劣,空氣干燥,風(fēng)沙嚴(yán)重,給道路施工帶來諸多困難和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。在塔里木油田道路施工的過程當(dāng)中,切實(shí)有效地做好安全管理的工作、促進(jìn)安全管理意識(shí)的提高、創(chuàng)造一個(gè)安全的施工環(huán)境、樹立安全管理的責(zé)任意識(shí),可以有效地確保油田道路的安全施工,同時(shí)為油田的勘探、開發(fā)保駕護(hù)航。論文從國(guó)內(nèi)道路施工安全管理的研究背景和現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),結(jié)合塔里木油田地理環(huán)境與油田道路建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)塔里木油田道路施工的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行綜合分析,總結(jié)施工安全管理中存在的主要問題,并提出改進(jìn)塔里木油田道路施工安全管理的主要措施。
[Abstract]:The total proved oil and gas resources in Tarim Basin are 16 billion tons of oil equivalent, including 8 billion tons of oil and 10 trillion cubic meters of natural gas.According to the plan, the old area will produce 18.7 million tons between now and the end of 2014, the new area will produce 13 million tons, and the oil and gas production will start at the pace of 31.7 million tons from January 1, 2015.As an auxiliary construction project of oilfield development, oilfield road construction plays a key role in oil field exploration, development and transportation.Tarim oil field is located in the largest flowing desert in China, the Taklimakan Desert, which is called "the Sea of death". The natural environment is very bad, the air is dry and the wind sand is serious, which brings many difficulties and risks to the road construction.In the course of road construction in Tarim Oilfield, the work of safety management should be done effectively, the consciousness of safety management should be improved, a safe construction environment should be created, and a sense of responsibility for safety management should be established.It can effectively ensure the safe construction of oil field roads and protect the exploration and development of oil fields.Based on the research background and present situation of road construction safety management in China, combined with the geographical environment of Tarim Oilfield and the present situation of road construction in Tarim Oilfield, the paper comprehensively analyzes the safety risk factors of road construction in Tarim Oilfield.This paper summarizes the main problems in construction safety management and puts forward the main measures to improve the road construction safety management in Tarim Oilfield.
