硬巖隧道掘進(jìn)機(jī)性能預(yù)測(cè)模型研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:由于硬巖隧道掘進(jìn)機(jī)(TBM)對(duì)地質(zhì)條件極其敏感,且前期投資較大,準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)特定地質(zhì)條件下的TBM性能對(duì)于隧道施工方法選擇、施工進(jìn)度安排和成本估計(jì)至關(guān)重要,同時(shí)也是隧道行業(yè)內(nèi)的熱門話題。首先回顧國(guó)內(nèi)外TBM性能預(yù)測(cè)模型的研究進(jìn)展,對(duì)目前常用的TBM性能預(yù)測(cè)模型進(jìn)行較為詳細(xì)地介紹;趯(duì)理論模型和復(fù)雜經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)P?總計(jì)17個(gè))中使用的巖體參數(shù)和機(jī)器參數(shù)的頻率統(tǒng)計(jì),發(fā)現(xiàn)影響TBM性能的巖體參數(shù)主要包括不連續(xù)面間距、巖石單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度、不連續(xù)面和隧道軸向之間的夾角、隧道直徑和巖石脆性等;影響TBM性能的機(jī)器參數(shù)主要包括單刀推力、刀盤轉(zhuǎn)速、刀具直徑、刀間距、刀尖寬度和滾刀巖石接觸角等;诮y(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果論述各參數(shù)對(duì)TBM性能的影響,最后根據(jù)國(guó)外TBM性能預(yù)測(cè)模型的發(fā)展歷程對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)開(kāi)發(fā)TBM性能預(yù)測(cè)模型提出一些建議。
[Abstract]:Because the hard rock tunnel tunneling machine is very sensitive to geological conditions and has a large investment in the early stage, it is very important to accurately predict the TBM performance under specific geological conditions for the selection of tunnel construction methods, construction schedule and cost estimation.At the same time is also a hot topic in the tunnel industry.Firstly, the research progress of TBM performance prediction model at home and abroad is reviewed, and the commonly used TBM performance prediction model is introduced in detail.Based on the frequency statistics of the rock mass parameters and machine parameters used in the theoretical model and the complex empirical model (17 in total), it is found that the rock mass parameters that affect the performance of TBM mainly include discontinuous plane spacing, uniaxial compressive strength of rock.The machine parameters which affect the performance of TBM include single thrust, rotating speed of cutter head, tool diameter, tool spacing, tip width and rock contact angle of hob, etc, such as the angle between discontinuous surface and tunnel axial direction, tunnel diameter and rock brittleness, etc.Based on the statistical results, the influence of various parameters on the performance of TBM is discussed. Finally, according to the development history of foreign TBM performance prediction models, some suggestions for developing TBM performance prediction models in China are put forward.
