不同溫拌劑對(duì)瀝青及其混合料性能的影響分析

【摘要】:為了研究不同機(jī)理的溫拌劑在瀝青與瀝青混合料路用性能與降溫效果上的差異,以及選出能夠更好的評(píng)價(jià)溫拌瀝青混合料的路用性能的指標(biāo)。分別對(duì)瀝青添加有機(jī)添加劑機(jī)理的溫拌劑sasobit(摻量為0、1%、2%、3%、4%、5%)和自行研發(fā)的基于表面活性機(jī)理的溫拌劑ZYF-B(摻量為0、3%、4%、5%、6%、7%),進(jìn)行針入度、延度、軟化點(diǎn)及黏附性試驗(yàn);經(jīng)過(guò)試驗(yàn)綜合比較后,得出兩種溫拌的較佳摻量是sasobit為3%、ZYF-B為5%,并對(duì)這兩種比例的混合料進(jìn)行車轍試驗(yàn)、低溫小梁彎曲試驗(yàn)、浸水馬歇爾試驗(yàn)和凍融劈裂試驗(yàn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)價(jià),應(yīng)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。研究結(jié)果顯示,ZYF-B溫拌劑的加入使瀝青的針入度、黏附性、改性瀝青的延度、混合料的水穩(wěn)定性方面優(yōu)于sasobit溫拌劑;sasobit溫拌劑的加入使瀝青的軟化點(diǎn)、基質(zhì)瀝青的延度、混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性、混合料的低溫抗裂性方面優(yōu)于ZYF-B溫拌劑。降溫效果評(píng)價(jià)以傳統(tǒng)熱拌基質(zhì)瀝青為基準(zhǔn),以3%~5%為目標(biāo)空隙率,ZYF-B溫拌劑降低溫度25℃~50℃,sasobit溫拌劑降溫溫度19℃~23℃。通過(guò)灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析得到了影響溫拌瀝青混合料路用性能最重要的因素是溫拌瀝青的延度。相關(guān)結(jié)論可對(duì)施工中合理選擇溫拌劑提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the difference of pavement performance and cooling effect between asphalt and asphalt mixture with different mechanism, and select the index which can better evaluate the pavement performance of warm mix asphalt mixture.Sasobit, a warm-mix agent with organic additive mechanism, and ZYF-B, a self-developed warm-mix agent based on surface-active mechanism, were tested for penetration, ductility, softening point and adhesiveness, respectively, and ZYF-B, which was based on the mechanism of surface activity, was tested for penetration, ductility, softening point and adhesion.The results show that the better content of the two kinds of warm mixing is that sasobit is 3 and ZYF-B is 5, and the rutting test, the low temperature trabecular bending test, the immersion Marshall test and the freeze-thaw splitting test are carried out for the mixture of these two proportions, and the economic benefit is evaluated.Grey correlation analysis was applied to test data.The results show that the penetration, adhesion, ductility and water stability of modified asphalt with ZYF-B warm mix agent are better than that of sasobit warm mix agent, such as softening point of asphalt and ductility of base asphalt.The mixture is superior to ZYF-B in high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance.The effect of cooling was evaluated on the basis of traditional hot-mixed base asphalt, and the temperature of ZYF-B warm mix agent was reduced by 25 鈩,
