內(nèi)陸集裝箱運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:近年來,全球集裝箱運(yùn)輸行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,內(nèi)陸集裝箱運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)在整個(gè)集裝箱運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)中扮演著越來越重要的角色,對(duì)提高整個(gè)集裝箱運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)的效率、降低運(yùn)輸成本發(fā)揮了關(guān)鍵性的作用。隨著集裝箱多式聯(lián)運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的完善,集裝箱多式聯(lián)運(yùn)系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷清晰,人們對(duì)于集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)募夹g(shù)、作業(yè)組織、專業(yè)化設(shè)備和集裝箱港口和碼頭作業(yè)方面的研究越來越深入,在理論上和實(shí)踐中越來越認(rèn)識(shí)到集裝箱運(yùn)輸是一個(gè)大的系統(tǒng),對(duì)集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)难芯恳矎暮I虾骄設(shè)計(jì)、裝備技術(shù)、碼頭作業(yè)工藝等方面逐步擴(kuò)展到內(nèi)陸集裝箱集疏運(yùn)體系的優(yōu)化與運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建上來。 本文以內(nèi)陸集裝箱運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)為研究對(duì)象,將內(nèi)陸集裝箱運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)看作集裝箱多式聯(lián)運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的重要組成部分,通過優(yōu)化配置內(nèi)陸集裝箱運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn),提高內(nèi)陸集裝箱運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的合理性和運(yùn)輸活動(dòng)的運(yùn)作水平,提高集裝箱內(nèi)陸運(yùn)輸效率、降低運(yùn)輸成本。 論文從三個(gè)方面對(duì)內(nèi)陸集裝箱運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化問題進(jìn)行了研究: (1)在既定集裝箱貨流合理分配的基礎(chǔ)上,逐步調(diào)整集裝箱內(nèi)陸運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)中樞紐站點(diǎn)的數(shù)量,對(duì)比分析調(diào)整前后貨流分配的變化以及對(duì)系統(tǒng)總運(yùn)輸成本的影響,根據(jù)結(jié)果對(duì)內(nèi)陸集裝箱運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的樞紐站進(jìn)行篩選,進(jìn)而確定保留合理的樞紐站數(shù)量及其布局,使系統(tǒng)效果達(dá)到最佳。 (2)分析各種運(yùn)輸方式道路通行能力及可用運(yùn)載工具的能力約束,結(jié)合實(shí)例提出在計(jì)劃期內(nèi)系統(tǒng)總運(yùn)輸成本最低情況下的貨流分配方案;在雙樞紐港交叉腹地條件下,分析港口吸引集裝箱貨流的各種因素及其關(guān)系,研究對(duì)貨流分配的影響程度,進(jìn)而提出雙樞紐港條件下系統(tǒng)總運(yùn)輸成本最低的集裝箱貨流分配方案。 (3)分析內(nèi)陸集裝箱運(yùn)輸樞紐節(jié)點(diǎn)作業(yè)時(shí)間的隨機(jī)特性,研究在運(yùn)輸方式轉(zhuǎn)換過程中節(jié)點(diǎn)作業(yè)隨機(jī)特征對(duì)運(yùn)輸方式和路徑選擇的影響程度,以總成本最小為目標(biāo),求解在運(yùn)輸時(shí)間約束條件下由轉(zhuǎn)換作業(yè)隨機(jī)特征導(dǎo)致的不同最優(yōu)路徑出現(xiàn)的概率,并基于路阻函數(shù)理論量化分析樞紐節(jié)點(diǎn)換裝時(shí)間和成本的隨機(jī)特征,求解以成本最小為目標(biāo)的路徑優(yōu)化模型,為貨主選擇最佳運(yùn)輸路線提供可操作性的決策參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of the global container transport industry, the inland container transport network plays a more and more important role in the whole container transportation system, which can improve the efficiency of the whole container transportation system.Reducing transport costs plays a key role.With the improvement of container multimodal transport system, the network hierarchy of container multimodal transport system is becoming clear.The research on specialized equipment and container port and terminal operation is getting deeper and deeper. In theory and practice, container transportation is more and more recognized as a large system. The research on container transportation also starts with the design of sea route and the equipment technology.The terminal operation technology is gradually extended to the optimization of inland container transportation system and the construction of transportation network.This paper takes the inland container transportation network as the research object, regards the inland container transportation network as an important part of the container multimodal transport network, and optimizes the configuration of the inland container transport network node.The rationality of inland container transportation network and the operation level of transportation activities should be improved, the efficiency of inland container transportation should be improved, and the transportation cost should be reduced.This paper studies the optimization of inland container transportation network from three aspects:1) on the basis of reasonable distribution of container cargo flow, the number of hub stations in container inland transportation network is adjusted step by step, and the changes of cargo flow distribution before and after adjustment and the influence on the total transportation cost of the system are compared and analyzed.According to the results, the hub stations in the inland container transportation network are screened, and the reasonable number and layout of the hub stations are determined, so as to achieve the best result of the system.(2) analyzing the capacity of various modes of transport and the capacity constraints of available means of transport, combining with an example, putting forward the distribution scheme of cargo flow in the case of the lowest total transportation cost of the system during the planning period, and under the condition of crossing hinterland of dual hub ports,This paper analyzes various factors and their relationships of attracting container cargo flow in ports, studies the degree of influence on the distribution of cargo flows, and then puts forward a scheme of container cargo flow distribution with the lowest total transportation cost of the system under the condition of dual hub ports.(3) analyzing the stochastic characteristics of node operation time in inland container transportation hub, and studying the influence degree of node operation random characteristic on transportation mode and route choice in the process of transportation mode transformation, with the aim of minimizing total cost.The probability of the emergence of different optimal paths caused by the random characteristics of switching jobs under the condition of transportation time constraint is solved. Based on the theory of road resistance function, the random characteristics of the transition time and cost of the node are analyzed quantitatively.Solving the path optimization model with the goal of minimum cost provides an operational decision reference for the cargo owner to choose the best transportation route.
