緩釋防冰瀝青混合料制備及施工技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:為減小冬季路面冰雪對車輛行駛安全性的影響,一些單位對緩釋防冰瀝青混合料做了大量的研究,這些研究主要集中在緩釋防冰材料的研發(fā)、緩釋防冰瀝青混合料設(shè)計(jì)等方面。緩釋防冰材料的稱量添加工藝與緩釋防冰瀝青路面的施工工藝同樣對緩釋防冰瀝青混合料的路用性能及抑制冰雪結(jié)冰效果有很大的影響,本文對其進(jìn)行探討與研究。 針對間歇式拌和站的特點(diǎn),研發(fā)基于螺旋輸送機(jī)的緩釋防冰材料稱量添加設(shè)備。通過理論分析與實(shí)地測量,對該設(shè)備機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)部分進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算并選型;通過對稱重計(jì)量系統(tǒng)工作原理、選取原則進(jìn)行研究,對微處理器中稱重計(jì)量運(yùn)算過程建模分析,提出了稱重計(jì)量系統(tǒng)標(biāo)定的方法。 分別對緩釋防冰材料不同添加順序、拌和時(shí)間下的四種室內(nèi)拌和工藝成型馬歇爾試件,驗(yàn)證四種試件的低溫抗裂性、水穩(wěn)定性和高溫穩(wěn)定性,對比試驗(yàn)結(jié)果確定最佳室內(nèi)拌和工藝。參考室內(nèi)材料添加順序和拌和時(shí)間,建立緩釋防冰瀝青混合料攪拌均勻所需最少轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,確定現(xiàn)場拌和站生產(chǎn)緩釋防冰瀝青混合料的拌和時(shí)間和材料添加順序。 本文依托十白高速緩釋防冰瀝青路面工程,根據(jù)設(shè)備匹配理論,計(jì)算出十白高速橋面施工中所需拌合站的產(chǎn)量,,攤鋪機(jī)、運(yùn)輸車輛與壓路機(jī)的數(shù)量。對其拌合、攤鋪、碾壓工序進(jìn)行研究,形成了一套完整的緩釋防冰瀝青路面施工工藝。通過對路面施工后的質(zhì)量跟蹤檢測,證實(shí)了緩釋防冰瀝青路面性能良好且抑制冰雪結(jié)冰效果明顯。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the impact of winter pavement ice and snow on vehicle driving safety, a lot of researches have been done on slow-release ice-resistant asphalt mixture. These researches mainly focus on the research and development of slow-release ice-proof material and the design of slow-release ice-proof asphalt mixture.The weighing and adding technology of slow-release anti-ice material and the construction technology of slow-release ice-proof asphalt pavement also have great influence on the pavement performance of slow-release ice-proof asphalt mixture and the effect of restraining ice and snow icing. This paper discusses and studies the technology of adding slow-release anti-ice material and the construction technology of slow-release anti-ice asphalt pavement.According to the characteristics of intermittent mixing plant, a new equipment for slowly releasing ice proof material weighing based on screw conveyor was developed.Through theoretical analysis and field measurement, the mechanical structure of the equipment is designed and calculated and selected, and the working principle and selection principle of the symmetrical weighing system are studied, and the modeling and analysis of the weighing and metering operation process in the microprocessor are carried out.The calibration method of weighing system is put forward.Marshall specimens were formed by four kinds of indoor mixing processes under different adding order and mixing time of slow-release anti-ice materials. The low temperature crack resistance, water stability and high temperature stability of four kinds of specimens were verified.Compare the test results to determine the best indoor mixing process.With reference to the mixing order and mixing time of indoor materials, a mathematical model of the minimum number of revolutions needed for the uniform mixing of slow-release and anti-ice asphalt mixture is established, and the mixing time and material addition order of the slow-release ice-proof asphalt mixture produced in the field mixing station are determined.In this paper, the output of mixing station, paver, transport vehicle and road roller in construction of Shibai high-speed bridge deck are calculated according to the theory of equipment matching based on Shibai high-speed slow-release anti-ice asphalt pavement engineering.The process of mixing, spreading and rolling is studied, and a set of construction technology of slow-release and anti-ice asphalt pavement is formed.By tracking and testing the quality of pavement construction, it is proved that the performance of slow-release ice-proof asphalt pavement is good and the effect of ice icing inhibition is obvious.
