【摘要】：我國(guó)的高速公路進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展時(shí)期，隨著高速公路的大量修建，高速公路發(fā)生的事故也越來越多，傷亡的人數(shù)每年超過數(shù)萬，這就要求不僅對(duì)駕駛員提出更高的要求，而且對(duì)公路工程也提出了更嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。公路工程的建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)而復(fù)雜的工作，其質(zhì)量也是有高有低。對(duì)公路工程質(zhì)量的檢測(cè)是一項(xiàng)非常重要的工作。 本文主要對(duì)路基質(zhì)量檢查中的壓實(shí)度檢測(cè)、灰劑量檢測(cè)和彎沉檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目；對(duì)水泥混凝土構(gòu)件質(zhì)量檢查中的強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)、鋼筋保護(hù)層厚度檢測(cè)和外觀質(zhì)量檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目；對(duì)路面質(zhì)量檢查中的平整度檢測(cè)、抗滑性能檢測(cè)和厚度檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行分析研究，從各個(gè)項(xiàng)目的測(cè)試原理、方法、所用儀器設(shè)備、注意事項(xiàng)、影響因素、實(shí)際運(yùn)用效果等方面，對(duì)每個(gè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行詳細(xì)地論述，通過論述可看出試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)工作不僅僅是掌握操作方法，還要熟悉對(duì)每項(xiàng)指標(biāo)總結(jié)、分析處理以及應(yīng)用中的全面剖析，要求試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)人員認(rèn)真細(xì)心，有耐心，有縝密的思維，這樣能出具更加合理的檢測(cè)報(bào)告，才能更好地激發(fā)施工單位的熱情。 試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)技術(shù)水平的提升，將有助于推廣一些新技術(shù)、新工藝、新材料，這不僅增強(qiáng)了公路產(chǎn)品的安全保障，還促進(jìn)了科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，其次試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)工作對(duì)鑒定工程質(zhì)量事故提供更加有力的保證，能及時(shí)地總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，減少事故損失，降低工程質(zhì)量事故的發(fā)生機(jī)率。 試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)工作是一項(xiàng)重要的工作，不能疏忽大意，必須系統(tǒng)地、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)靥幚砻總�(gè)環(huán)節(jié)才能得到科學(xué)、有效的數(shù)據(jù)，才能有實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:The expressway in our country has entered a period of rapid development. With the construction of a large number of expressways, more and more accidents occur on the highway, and the number of casualties exceeds tens of thousands every year, which requires not only the drivers to put forward higher requirements.Moreover, more stringent quality standards have been put forward for highway engineering.Highway engineering construction is a systematic and complex work, its quality is also high and low.The inspection of highway engineering quality is a very important work.In this paper, the compaction degree test, ash dose test and deflection test items in the quality inspection of roadbed, the strength test in the quality inspection of cement concrete members, the thickness detection of the steel bar protective layer and the inspection items of the appearance quality are mainly carried out.This paper analyzes and studies the items of smoothness test, anti-skid performance test and thickness test in pavement quality inspection, from the aspects of testing principle, methods, instruments and equipment used, matters needing attention, influencing factors, practical application effect, etc.By discussing each item in detail, we can see that the test and test work is not only to master the operation method, but also to be familiar with the summary of each index, the analysis and treatment, and the comprehensive analysis in application.Patient, careful thinking, so as to produce a more reasonable test report, in order to better stimulate the enthusiasm of the construction unit.The upgrading of testing and testing technology will help to popularize some new technologies, new processes, and new materials. This will not only enhance the safety and security of highway products, but also promote the development of science and technology.Secondly, the test and detection work can provide more effective guarantee to identify the engineering quality accident, can summarize the experience and lessons in time, reduce the accident loss and reduce the probability of the engineering quality accident.Test and detection is an important work, which can not be ignored. It must be processed systematically and rigorously in order to obtain scientific and effective data, so as to have practical significance.
