曲線連續(xù)箱梁橋二維溫度梯度效應(yīng)及設(shè)計(jì)方法研究

【摘要】:隨著城市道路與高速公路的快速發(fā)展,曲線連續(xù)梁橋在現(xiàn)代交通中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,但是在運(yùn)營過程中,經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)徑向位移過大、支座脫空和梁體翻轉(zhuǎn)等病害,嚴(yán)重威脅服役安全。曲線連續(xù)梁橋設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)往往采用《公路橋涵設(shè)計(jì)通用規(guī)范》(JTGD60-2004)中的溫度梯度,即僅考慮豎向溫度梯度。本文針對曲線連續(xù)箱梁橋在自然環(huán)境中存在橫向溫度梯度,而設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)僅考慮豎向溫度梯度的問題,開展了如下研究: 1.基于溫度梯度作用效應(yīng)分析的需要,探討了溫度梯度形成原因以及我國現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中溫度梯度分布形式,明確了溫度梯度作用效應(yīng)及特點(diǎn),歸納了橋梁在溫度梯度作用下應(yīng)力與變形分析理論,提出了溫度梯度作用效應(yīng)分析理論的選用原則和方法,確定了本文的研究內(nèi)容和方法。 2.基于橋梁橫向溫度梯度的相關(guān)研究成果,參照現(xiàn)行公路橋梁規(guī)范的溫度梯度,根據(jù)橋位和橋梁走向,構(gòu)造了二維溫度梯度模式,借助有限元軟件ANSYS,分別研究了某匝道橋在規(guī)范溫度梯度和二維溫度梯度作用下的受力與變形;通過計(jì)算結(jié)果的對比分析,探討了二維溫度梯度效應(yīng)與規(guī)范溫度梯度效應(yīng)的特點(diǎn),,提出了曲線連續(xù)梁橋溫度梯度模式的設(shè)計(jì)建議。 3.基于二維溫度梯度作用,探討了曲線連續(xù)箱梁橋鋼筋和支座布置的設(shè)計(jì)方法。分別針對全抗扭支承體系和點(diǎn)鉸支承體系提出了多個(gè)支座設(shè)計(jì)方案,通過各方案計(jì)算結(jié)果的對比分析,提出了全抗扭支承體系和點(diǎn)鉸支承體系下,考慮橫向溫度梯度作用的支座布置最佳設(shè)計(jì)方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of city road and highway, curved continuous girder bridge plays an increasingly important role in the modern traffic, but in the process of operation, often the radial displacement is too large, bearing cavity and beam body turning and other diseases, serious threat to safety. "General specification for design of highway bridges and culverts > often adopts the design of continuous curve girder bridge (JTGD60-2004) temperature gradient, which only consider the vertical temperature gradient. The continuous curved box girder bridges in the natural environment in the presence of transverse temperature gradient, and the design only considering the vertical temperature gradient, is carried out as follows:
1. based on the analysis of temperature gradient effect, discusses the causes and the temperature gradient in our specification of temperature gradient distribution, the effect of temperature gradient and characteristics, summed up the bridge under temperature gradient stress and deformation analysis of the theory, the analysis of the temperature gradient effect selection principle and method of theory the study determined the content and methods of this paper.
2. based on the relevant research results of bridge transverse temperature gradient, temperature gradient according to the current highway bridge specifications, according to the trend of bridge and bridge structure, the two-dimensional temperature gradient model, using the finite element software ANSYS, respectively on the stress and deformation in the standard temperature gradient and temperature gradient under the action of the two dimension by a ramp bridge; comparison of the calculation results of the analysis, discusses the characteristics of two-dimensional temperature gradient effect and standard temperature gradient effect, this paper suggests the design of curved continuous beam bridge temperature gradient mode.
3. based on the two-dimensional temperature gradient effect, discusses the design method of curved continuous girder bridge reinforcement and bearing arrangement are put forward. A design scheme for the torsion bearing supporting system and hinge bearing point system, through comparative analysis of the calculation results of the proposed scheme, the anti torsion support system and hinge bearing point system the optimal design method of bearing arrangement, considering the effect of transverse temperature gradient.
