富水巖溶隧道施工技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:摘要:隨著我國(guó)交通事業(yè)的發(fā)展,中西部地區(qū)的高鐵建設(shè)也進(jìn)入蓬勃發(fā)展的階段。新建滬昆高鐵貴州段位于云貴高原多山巖溶地帶,區(qū)內(nèi)山多谷深,地下巖溶發(fā)育強(qiáng)烈。區(qū)內(nèi)隧道修建常會(huì)遇到巖溶管道、大型干溶腔、大型高壓富水溶腔及斷層帶巖溶,這些地質(zhì)災(zāi)害的處理關(guān)系到隧道的順利修建,是巖溶區(qū)隧道修建所要處理的關(guān)鍵問題。順利攻克這些難題并形成一套適應(yīng)云貴高原巖溶地區(qū)的隧道修建技術(shù),將為日后類似工程的修建提供寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文依托新建滬昆高鐵9標(biāo)段斗磨隧道、大獨(dú)山隧道的修建,通過理論分析、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)及數(shù)值模擬的方法,針對(duì)巖溶區(qū)隧道線路前方出現(xiàn)大型溶腔的情況,著重對(duì)施工處理工法進(jìn)行了研究,主要完成了以下工作: (1)通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè),總結(jié)出巖溶隧道富水充填型溶腔的帷幕注漿規(guī)律,并通過數(shù)值模擬,對(duì)注漿堵水效果進(jìn)行了評(píng)定,對(duì)注漿參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化研究; (2)通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)及多方咨詢、論證,提出高壓富水溶腔的處理工法,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào)、水壓觀測(cè),研究釋能釋壓工法在工程中的應(yīng)用。 (3)通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研、案例查詢,對(duì)巖溶區(qū)隧道下穿明河淺埋段施工工法進(jìn)行了比較,提出可行的處置方法。
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the development of China's transportation industry, the construction of high-speed rail in the central and western regions has entered a stage of vigorous development. The new section of the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway Guizhou is located in the mountainous karst zone of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, which is deep in mountains and valleys. The underground karst development is strong. The tunnel construction in this area will often encounter karst pipelines, large dry cavities, large high-pressure water-rich cavities and karst faults. The treatment of these geological disasters is related to the smooth construction of the tunnel. It is the key problem to deal with in tunnel construction in karst area. Solve these problems successfully and form a set of tunnel construction technology suitable for karst area of Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. It will provide valuable experience for the construction of similar projects in the future. This paper relies on the construction of Dou Mo tunnel and Dadushan tunnel, which is the ninth section of the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway, through theoretical analysis, field measurement and numerical simulation. In view of the large cavities in front of the tunnel line in karst area, the construction treatment method is studied, and the following work is accomplished:. 1) the law of curtain grouting of water-rich filling cavity in karst tunnel is summarized by field measurement, and the effect of grouting plugging is evaluated by numerical simulation, and the grouting parameters are optimized. 2) based on the field measurement and multiparty consultation, this paper puts forward the treatment method of high pressure and rich water cavity, and studies the application of energy release and pressure release method in engineering combined with the field geological forecast and water pressure observation. 3) through field investigation and case inquiry, this paper compares the construction methods of the shallow buried section of the tunnel through the Ming River under the tunnel in karst area, and puts forward the feasible disposal methods.
