現(xiàn)代木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁在我國(guó)的應(yīng)用可行性及前景研究

【摘要】:在國(guó)內(nèi)外,木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁均為最早出現(xiàn)的橋型之一。木材因其在結(jié)構(gòu)與美學(xué)方面的優(yōu)越性能,以及在生態(tài)效益方面的特殊價(jià)值,從古至今一直是橋梁工程師鐘愛(ài)的結(jié)構(gòu)材料。集科學(xué)性、創(chuàng)造性與藝術(shù)性于一體的木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁是中華文化的一大亮點(diǎn)。雖然傳統(tǒng)木結(jié)構(gòu)起源于中國(guó),現(xiàn)代木結(jié)構(gòu)則集中于北美、歐洲、日本等。在我國(guó),人們對(duì)于木結(jié)構(gòu)是熟悉又陌生的。因此,本文在搜集整理國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,以木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁為研究對(duì)象,研究其在我國(guó)的應(yīng)用可行性及前景。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: (1)基于木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)形式,從歷史的角度探討中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁的發(fā)展演變及結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果表明:傳統(tǒng)木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁由于其材料自身局限性,跨越能力及耐久性能有限,雖然其歷史悠久,但由于缺乏科學(xué)理論的指導(dǎo),,又無(wú)新材料和新科技的支撐,所以很難跨入近現(xiàn)代橋梁的時(shí)代,并逐漸被鋼與混凝土橋梁所替換。 (2)針對(duì)木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁認(rèn)識(shí)誤區(qū),探討分析國(guó)外木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁發(fā)展及特點(diǎn),為我國(guó)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁提供借鑒思考。結(jié)果表明:不同與傳統(tǒng)木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁,現(xiàn)代木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁由于現(xiàn)代木產(chǎn)品、連接、防火、防腐等技術(shù)的發(fā)展,其耐久性、跨越能力均有很大程度的提高,在中小跨徑橋梁中是理想的橋梁造型,我們有必要重新認(rèn)識(shí)并發(fā)展現(xiàn)代木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁。 (3)從我國(guó)國(guó)家政策支持、森林資源現(xiàn)狀、林木業(yè)貿(mào)易狀況、木結(jié)構(gòu)企業(yè)、新型木結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)品、相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等方面集中探討木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁在我國(guó)應(yīng)用的可行性及應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域、前景。結(jié)果表明:木結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁在我國(guó)具備應(yīng)用可行性,在我國(guó)中小跨徑橋梁、人行景觀橋梁、抗險(xiǎn)救災(zāi)橋梁及西部嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。 (4)以板橋及板拱橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘,分析CLT在中小跨徑橋梁中的適用范圍。結(jié)果表明:板橋中九層的CLT板單孔跨徑可至13m,板拱橋中單孔跨徑可至20m,并有較大富余度。實(shí)際工程中推薦優(yōu)先采用以受拉壓力為主的拱橋與桁架橋,或采用鋼-木組合結(jié)構(gòu)形式。
[Abstract]:At home and abroad, wooden bridges are one of the earliest wood bridge. Because of its excellent performance in structure and aesthetics, and the special value in ecological benefits, since ancient times has been a structural material bridge engineers love. Scientific, creative and artistic wood structure is a major bridge in one highlights of Chinese culture. In spite of the Chinese origin of the traditional wooden structure, modern wood structure is concentrated in North America, Europe, Japan and so on. In China, people are familiar and unfamiliar to the wooden structure. Therefore, based on the collection and collation of the relevant information at home and abroad, to the wooden structure of the bridge as the research object. The feasibility of application in China and prospects. The main research contents are as follows:
(1) the form of wooden structure based on the structure, evolution and structural characteristics of China traditional wooden bridge from the angle of history. The results show that the traditional wooden bridge materials because of its own limitations, spanning ability and durability is limited, although it has a long history, but because of the lack of scientific theories, and no new the new material and technology support, so it is difficult to enter the modern bridge times, and gradually being replaced by steel and concrete bridges.
(2) for wood bridge misunderstandings, analysis on the development and characteristics of wood bridges abroad, to provide reference for China's development on the modern wooden structure bridge. The results show that different from the traditional wooden bridge, the modern wooden structure bridge because of modern wood products, with fire prevention, anti-corrosion technology development, its durability and crossing ability are greatly improved, the small and medium span bridge is the bridge of other ideal, it is necessary for us to understand and develop the modern wooden structure bridge.
(3) support from China's national policy, the status of forest resources, trade in timber industry, wood enterprises, new wood products, related standards and other aspects of the wooden structure bridge in the feasibility and application fields, China's application prospect. The results showed that: in our country the wooden structure bridge with the application feasibility in SMEs long span bridges in China, pedestrian bridge, bridge and anti disaster insurance in western cold area has broad application prospects.
(4) in Banqiao and plate arch bridge as the engineering background, the scope of CLT in middle small span bridges. The results showed that CLT in nine layer single span bridge to 13m, the single hole span to 20m plate arch bridge, and has a rich redundancy. In practical engineering is recommended using the arch bridge with the truss bridge tension of the pressure, or by using a structure of steel wood composite.
