【摘要】：本論文主要以廈門外輪代理有限公司的X-Service船舶代理管理平臺(tái)為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)X-Service平臺(tái)的功能進(jìn)行分析,提出優(yōu)化改進(jìn)方案,以及模擬實(shí)現(xiàn)平臺(tái)移動(dòng)信息化擴(kuò)展功能。X-Service船舶代理管理信息系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)已經(jīng)在船舶代理管理發(fā)揮重要的作用,然而,近年來隨著船舶代理業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展以及新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,X-Service平臺(tái)某些方面已不能適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展需求,有必要對(duì)X-Service平臺(tái)的功能和業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改進(jìn)。因此,將原X-Service平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行移動(dòng)信息化擴(kuò)展,以提高先進(jìn)的信息技術(shù)服務(wù)水平和能力,提升船舶代理服務(wù)水平。在移動(dòng)信息化擴(kuò)展方面,通過建立模擬SQLite數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),實(shí)現(xiàn)客服端與服務(wù)器進(jìn)行交互,在Android移動(dòng)終端上實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)查詢和業(yè)務(wù)處理。移動(dòng)信息管理系統(tǒng)主要包括數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、后臺(tái)服務(wù)器,以及移動(dòng)端前臺(tái)客服端等,其中目前移動(dòng)端前臺(tái)客服端功能主要涉及船代業(yè)務(wù)移動(dòng)辦公端模塊、船代業(yè)務(wù)管理查詢模塊、貨代客戶端訂艙與查詢模塊,以及船東客戶端攬貨與查詢模塊。本文主要包括6章,分別為第1章船舶代理及管理信息平臺(tái)概述,主要介紹船舶代理行業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題;第2章廈門外代X-Service船舶代理管理平臺(tái),主要介紹廈門外輪代理有限公司以及其X-Service船舶代理管理平臺(tái)的基本功能;第3章X-Service船舶代理管理平臺(tái)分析,主要提出X-Service現(xiàn)有船舶代理平臺(tái)的不足,并對(duì)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行SWOT分析,通過分析結(jié)果提出改進(jìn)思路;第4章X-Service船舶代理管理平臺(tái)功能整合,主要對(duì)已有平臺(tái)的功能進(jìn)行重新整合,根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)流程,并利用DSS決策輔助系統(tǒng)將原有六個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制點(diǎn),合并簡(jiǎn)化為三個(gè);第5章X-Service系統(tǒng)移動(dòng)信息化擴(kuò)展,主要對(duì)X-Service系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行移動(dòng)信息化擴(kuò)展分析,提出移動(dòng)信息化的思路與流程,并對(duì)移動(dòng)信息化的功能改進(jìn)進(jìn)行分析。并通過模擬X-Service船舶代理管理平臺(tái)的移動(dòng)端,以及模擬移動(dòng)終端的應(yīng)用操作,來實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)的功能的擴(kuò)展;第6章結(jié)論,主要對(duì)X-Service船舶代理管理平臺(tái)的功能改進(jìn)與移動(dòng)信息化擴(kuò)展進(jìn)行總結(jié),分析研究結(jié)果,對(duì)移動(dòng)信息化擴(kuò)展的進(jìn)一步應(yīng)用提出新的展望。為了不干擾和影響X-Service船舶代理管理信息系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)的運(yùn)營(yíng),本項(xiàng)目對(duì)移動(dòng)信息化擴(kuò)展的研究,主要是通過模擬移動(dòng)信息數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),借助平臺(tái)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),開發(fā)移動(dòng)信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)以及移動(dòng)端(Android移動(dòng)終端)的功能模塊,模擬實(shí)現(xiàn)船舶代理相關(guān)的移動(dòng)信息化功能,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)已達(dá)到預(yù)期的效果。
[Abstract]:Based on the X-Service ship agent management platform of Xiamen Foreign Shipping Agency Co., Ltd., this paper analyzes the function of X-Service platform, and puts forward the optimization and improvement scheme. And the simulation to realize the extended function of platform mobile information. X-Service ship agent management information system platform has played an important role in ship agent management, however, In recent years, with the development of ship agent business and the application of new technology, some aspects of X-Service platform can not meet the needs of the times, so it is necessary to optimize and improve the function and business process of X-Service platform. In order to improve the service level and capability of advanced information technology and improve the service level of ship agent, the original X-Service platform system is extended with mobile information technology. In the aspect of mobile information extension, the simulation SQLite database is established. Chapter 4, X-Service ship agent management platform function conformity, mainly carries on the reintegration to the existing platform function, According to the business process and using the DSS decision support system to simplify the original six risk control points into three. Chapter 5 X-Service system mobile information expansion, mainly on the X-Service system mobile information expansion analysis, The idea and flow of mobile informatization are put forward, and the function improvement of mobile informatization is analyzed, and the function expansion of the design is realized by simulating the mobile terminal of X-Service ship agent management platform and the application operation of simulation mobile terminal. Chapter 6 summarizes the function improvement and mobile information extension of X-Service ship agent management platform, and analyzes the research results. In order not to interfere with and affect the operation of X-Service ship agent management information system platform, the research of mobile information extension in this project is mainly through the simulation of mobile information database, in order to not interfere with and affect the operation of X-Service ship agent management information system platform, the paper puts forward a new prospect for the further application of mobile information expansion. With the help of platform related data, the function module of mobile information service system and Android mobile terminal is developed, and the mobile information function related to ship agent is simulated and realized. The expected effect has been achieved through experiments.
