基于大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下的船舶交通流特征統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著船舶交通流量的快速增長和交通流特征的日趨復(fù)雜,,船舶交通流研究已進(jìn)入大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,如何有效地收集交通流數(shù)據(jù)、挖掘數(shù)據(jù),從海量數(shù)據(jù)中提取出需要的船舶交通流特征,并將信息及時(shí)應(yīng)用于海事安全保障、港口交通調(diào)度及安全設(shè)施的布置與建設(shè)中已日益成為水上交通領(lǐng)域一個(gè)難以把控的問題。因此,有必要從海事主管機(jī)關(guān)、港口調(diào)度部門和船公司的角度出發(fā),對海量的船舶交通流數(shù)據(jù)的宏觀和微觀特征做全面、系統(tǒng)的研究,構(gòu)建能客觀全面描述交通流特征的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析模型,并在此基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)船舶交通流特征統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)。 本研究運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)工程學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)理論和方法系統(tǒng)、全面的研究了船舶交通流特征,在此基礎(chǔ)上使用VC與SQL語言開發(fā)適應(yīng)海事主管機(jī)關(guān)、港口調(diào)度部門和船公司等需求的船舶交通流特征統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng),并利用實(shí)測交通流數(shù)據(jù)對系統(tǒng)各功能進(jìn)行測試。主要研究內(nèi)容包括: (1)構(gòu)建船舶交通流特征模型。利用特征理論全面、系統(tǒng)地分析了船舶交通流宏觀、微觀特征值及其指標(biāo)反映,構(gòu)建了船舶交通流特征模型;通過向相關(guān)海事機(jī)關(guān)、港口管理部門和船公司開展問卷調(diào)查,建立了分別針對海事主管機(jī)關(guān)、港口調(diào)度部門和船舶公司需求的船舶交通流特征表達(dá)/表征模型。 (2)開發(fā)船舶交通流特征統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)。利用VC與SQL語言開發(fā)了能夠分別適應(yīng)海事主管機(jī)關(guān)、港口調(diào)度部門和船公司的船舶交通流特征統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)主要分為海事子系統(tǒng)、港口子系統(tǒng)和船公司子系統(tǒng),依次對應(yīng)海事主管機(jī)關(guān)、港口調(diào)度部門和船公司的不同需求,各子系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)船舶的條件查詢、船舶交通流的分布統(tǒng)計(jì)和船舶流量及組成統(tǒng)計(jì)3個(gè)功能,其中分布統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果能圖形化顯示,所有統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果均能保存和導(dǎo)出。 (3)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)實(shí)測。利用2008年天津港實(shí)測交通流數(shù)據(jù)對系統(tǒng)各功能進(jìn)行測試,測試結(jié)果表明本系統(tǒng)界面友好,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,總體可以實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期設(shè)計(jì)的各項(xiàng)功能,后期將進(jìn)一步對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行不斷完善。 本研究開發(fā)的船舶交通流特征統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)能有效地收集交通流數(shù)據(jù)、挖掘數(shù)據(jù),從海量數(shù)據(jù)中提取出需要的船舶交通流特征,為港口泊位、航道、錨地的規(guī)劃與建設(shè)提供基礎(chǔ)性數(shù)據(jù)和決策支撐,為船舶通航安全管理、交通組織、港口調(diào)度、航路航線優(yōu)化等提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of ship traffic flow and the increasing complexity of traffic flow characteristics, the study of ship traffic flow has entered the era of big data, how to collect traffic flow data effectively, mining data, The characteristics of ship traffic flow are extracted from the massive data, and the information is applied to maritime safety and security in a timely manner. The layout and construction of port traffic dispatching and safety facilities has become an increasingly difficult problem in the field of waterborne transportation. Therefore, it is necessary to proceed from the point of view of maritime authorities, port dispatch departments and shipping companies. The macro and micro characteristics of massive ship traffic flow data are studied comprehensively and systematically, and a statistical analysis model which can objectively and comprehensively describe the traffic flow characteristics is constructed, and a statistical analysis system of ship traffic flow characteristics is developed on this basis. This study uses system engineering, statistical theory and method system to study the characteristics of ship traffic flow comprehensively. On this basis, it uses VC and SQL language to develop and adapt to the maritime authorities. The statistical analysis system of ship traffic flow characteristics, which is required by port dispatch department and shipping company, is used to test the functions of the system by using the measured traffic flow data. The main research contents are as follows:. 1) build the characteristic model of ship traffic flow, analyze the macroscopic and microscopic characteristic value of ship traffic flow and its index reflection systematically by using characteristic theory, and construct the characteristic model of ship traffic flow. The port management department and the shipping company carried out the questionnaire survey, and established the ship traffic flow characteristic expression / representation model according to the maritime authority, the port dispatch department and the ship company demand, respectively. The statistical analysis system of ship traffic flow characteristics is developed by using VC and SQL language. The statistical analysis system of ship traffic flow characteristics, which can be adapted to maritime authorities, port dispatch departments and shipping companies, respectively, is developed. The system is mainly divided into maritime subsystem. The port subsystem and the shipping company subsystem correspond to the different needs of the maritime authority, the port dispatch department and the shipping company in turn. Each subsystem mainly realizes the condition inquiry of the ship. There are three functions of ship traffic flow distribution statistics and ship flow and composition statistics. The distribution statistics results can be graphically displayed and all the statistical analysis results can be saved and derived. The test results show that the system has friendly interface and stable operation, and can realize all the functions of the expected design, using the measured traffic flow data of Tianjin Port in 2008, and the test results show that the system has a friendly interface and stable operation. The system will be further improved in the later period. The statistical analysis system of ship traffic flow characteristics developed in this paper can effectively collect traffic flow data, mine the data and extract the necessary ship traffic flow characteristics from the massive data, which are port berths and waterways. The planning and construction of Anchorage provide basic data and decision support, which can provide reference for ship navigation safety management, traffic organization, port scheduling, route route optimization and so on.
