【摘要】:基于出口箱的堆場(chǎng)操作實(shí)務(wù),考慮堆場(chǎng)起重機(jī)取箱作業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)約束,以作業(yè)過程中翻箱次數(shù)最少為目標(biāo),對(duì)堆場(chǎng)作業(yè)調(diào)度問題進(jìn)行建模,提出了兩階段混合動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃算法,將啟發(fā)式規(guī)則嵌入動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃算法中,以避免出現(xiàn)狀態(tài)數(shù)"組合爆炸"增長(zhǎng)的情況.通過仿真算例,并與實(shí)際調(diào)度規(guī)則及現(xiàn)有研究方法所得調(diào)度方案進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了模型以及優(yōu)化算法的有效性與實(shí)用性.結(jié)果表明,所提出的模型和算法可以在較短的求解時(shí)間內(nèi)獲得多組裝船方案,且其翻箱次數(shù)顯著降低.
[Abstract]:Based on the practice of yard operation of export box, considering the practical constraints of container picking operation of yard crane, aiming at the least number of times in operation, the scheduling problem of yard operation is modeled, and a two-stage hybrid dynamic programming algorithm is proposed. The heuristic rules are embedded in the dynamic programming algorithm to avoid the state number "combination explosion" growth. The simulation results are compared with the actual scheduling rules and the existing scheduling schemes. The validity and practicability of the model and the optimization algorithm are verified. The results show that the proposed model and algorithm can obtain a number of loading schemes in a short time, and the number of overturning can be significantly reduced.
