【摘要】：隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)高速發(fā)展及城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,高速公路的建設(shè)改變了沿線城市的面貌,給城市發(fā)展帶來了勃勃生機(jī),同時也帶來了諸多問題,特別土地集約利用及沿線開發(fā)問題。而作為高速公路重要組成部分的互通、服務(wù)區(qū),仍然保持著常規(guī)的型式。新時期,隨著各種交通運輸形式的快速發(fā)展,對高速公路規(guī)劃、建設(shè)等均提出了新的要求,需要我們拓展互通、服務(wù)區(qū)功能,建設(shè)高速公路新型服務(wù)區(qū)。 新型服務(wù)區(qū)不僅需要滿足高速公路互通、服務(wù)區(qū)常規(guī)功能,還需要滿足商業(yè)開發(fā)、物流中轉(zhuǎn)、高速BRT等功能,促進(jìn)新型服務(wù)區(qū)所在地的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展。同時還應(yīng)具有集約利用土地、商業(yè)開發(fā)、物流中轉(zhuǎn)、規(guī)劃可拓展性等新型特性。 本文分析了常規(guī)互通、服務(wù)區(qū)的基本形式及不足。對甬臺溫高速公路瑞安東新型服務(wù)區(qū)建設(shè)條件、形式、功能、特性等進(jìn)行了介紹,并對其進(jìn)行了技術(shù)上的安全性評價以及周邊路網(wǎng)適應(yīng)性分析,證明了其技術(shù)安全合理性�？蔀轭愃乒こ痰膶嵤┨峁┙梃b和參考。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and rapid development of our national economy and the accelerating process of urbanization, the construction of expressway has changed the appearance of cities along the route, brought vitality to the development of cities, and brought many problems at the same time. In particular, intensive use of land and development along the highway. As an important part of the expressway, the service area still maintains the normal pattern. In the new period, with the rapid development of various forms of transportation, the highway planning, New requirements are put forward in the construction, which requires us to expand communication, service area function, and build new service area of expressway. The new service areas not only need to meet the common functions of highway communication and service area, but also need to meet the commercial development, logistics transfer, high-speed BRT and other functions. Promoting the economic and social development of the new service area. At the same time, it should have the new characteristics such as intensive use of land, commercial development, logistics transfer, planning expansibility and so on. This paper analyzes the basic forms and shortcomings of the conventional communication and service area, and introduces the conditions, forms, functions and characteristics of the construction of the new type service area of Ruiandong service area of Yongtaiwen Expressway. The technical safety evaluation and the adaptability analysis of the surrounding road network have been carried out to prove the rationality of its technical safety, which can be used for reference and reference for the implementation of similar projects.
