橋梁施工監(jiān)控及橋梁裂縫成因研究

【摘要】:目前,高速鐵路建設(shè)在國民經(jīng)濟正以飛快的速度發(fā)展,而橋梁體系在高速鐵路中被大量采用,預應力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋也成為目前應用最為廣泛的橋型之一。在高速鐵路橋梁施工過程中,橋梁施工監(jiān)控的重要性逐漸被重視。橋梁施工監(jiān)控能保證橋梁成橋線形,使橋梁內(nèi)力滿足設(shè)計要求,并且還給橋梁預留長期觀測點,為橋梁創(chuàng)造終身監(jiān)測條件,給橋梁運行階段的養(yǎng)護工作提供科學可靠的數(shù)據(jù)。 本文系統(tǒng)介紹了橋梁施工監(jiān)控的目的和方法,并以滬昆高速跨320國道立交特大橋為主要工程研究背景,通過橋梁博士有限元軟件建模分析與計算和現(xiàn)場測量與調(diào)整,論證了該橋梁的監(jiān)控效果,并說明了橋梁施工監(jiān)控在橋梁施工過程中對橋梁線形控制的重要性。文章中還采用灰色系統(tǒng)理論對相關(guān)結(jié)果進行預測和對相關(guān)缺失數(shù)據(jù)進行估算,在前人的基礎(chǔ)上進一步論證灰色理論在橋梁施工監(jiān)控中的可行性。文章最后還針對該橋梁0#塊出現(xiàn)的裂縫,從扭轉(zhuǎn)應力、水泥水化熱、外界氣溫驟變以及日照溫差影響四個方面進行分析,運用ANSYS有限元軟件建立仿真模型,對各種因素進行比較,分析該裂縫出現(xiàn)的原因,并總結(jié)了0#塊開裂預防措施。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction of high-speed railway is developing rapidly in the national economy, and the bridge system is widely used in high-speed railway. Prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge has become one of the most widely used bridges at present. In the construction process of high-speed railway bridge, the importance of bridge construction monitoring is paid more and more attention. The internal force of the bridge can meet the design requirements, and the long-term observation points are reserved for the bridge, which will create the monitoring conditions for the bridge for life, and provide scientific and reliable data for the maintenance of the bridge in the operation stage. The purpose and method of bridge construction monitoring are systematically introduced in this paper. Taking the Hu-Kun Expressway 320 National Highway Interchange Bridge as the main engineering research background, the bridge is modeled, analyzed and calculated by the finite element software, and the field measurement and adjustment are carried out. The monitoring effect of the bridge is demonstrated, and the importance of the bridge construction monitoring to the bridge alignment control during the bridge construction is explained. The grey system theory is also used to predict the relevant results and to estimate the missing data. The feasibility of grey theory in bridge construction monitoring is further demonstrated on the basis of predecessors. Finally, according to the cracks in the block of the bridge 0#, from the torsional stress, cement hydration heat, The sudden change of outside temperature and the influence of sunshine temperature difference were analyzed. The simulation model was established by using ANSYS finite element software, the factors were compared, the reason of the crack appeared was analyzed, and the preventive measures of the crack in the block of 0# were summarized.
