【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)的干線公路機(jī)械設(shè)備管理模式已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)代化干線公路機(jī)械設(shè)備管理的需求，如何對現(xiàn)有的干線公路機(jī)械設(shè)備進(jìn)行管理，成為公路建設(shè)的一個新課題。 依據(jù)陜西省公路局統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示，陜西省干線公路的機(jī)械設(shè)備的數(shù)量已達(dá)到2900多臺，且機(jī)械設(shè)備種類多、分布廣，給機(jī)械設(shè)備的管理與維護(hù)帶來了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。為了提高機(jī)械設(shè)備的管理效率，同時使機(jī)械設(shè)備的管理工作達(dá)到規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化和現(xiàn)代化，研究新的機(jī)械設(shè)備管理模式，并開發(fā)一套專門的計算機(jī)管理軟件系統(tǒng)已成為迫切需要。 本文以陜西省干線公路機(jī)械設(shè)備管理為依托，分析了陜西省干線公路機(jī)械設(shè)備管理模式的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題，提出了陜西省干線公路機(jī)械設(shè)備管理新三級模式。在此模式基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合公路管理部門的實(shí)際情況，設(shè)計開發(fā)了針對陜西省干線公路的機(jī)械設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)，完成的主要工作如下： 1.分析了陜西省干線公路機(jī)械設(shè)備管理模式的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題，提出了陜西省干線公路機(jī)械設(shè)備管理新三級模式。 2.確定了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)、軟、硬件平臺和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。在機(jī)械設(shè)備管理新三級模式的基礎(chǔ)上，借助于Windows2007操作系統(tǒng)，以Visual Studio2010為開發(fā)平臺，采用ASP.NET技術(shù)和SQL Server2005數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。 3.完成了系統(tǒng)的需求分析，詳細(xì)分析了系統(tǒng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)，完成了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計，包括系統(tǒng)的總體構(gòu)架設(shè)計、功能模塊的設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計和安全設(shè)計等。 4.開發(fā)了機(jī)械設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)中的系統(tǒng)用戶管理、設(shè)備檔案管理、設(shè)備調(diào)撥管理、設(shè)備租賃管理、設(shè)備增減管理、設(shè)備事故管理、設(shè)備大中修管理和設(shè)備報廢管理等模塊，實(shí)現(xiàn)了相應(yīng)的功能。 在本文提出的機(jī)械設(shè)備管理新三級模式的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)的機(jī)械設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)，，可以為陜西省公路局提供文檔管理機(jī)制，統(tǒng)一管理報表和文件，大大提高機(jī)械設(shè)備管理的效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the traditional management mode of trunk highway machinery and equipment can no longer meet the needs of modern trunk highway machinery and equipment management, how to manage the existing trunk road machinery and equipment, Become a new subject of highway construction. According to the statistics of Shaanxi Provincial Highway Bureau, the number of mechanical equipment on trunk roads in Shaanxi Province has reached more than 2,900, and there are many kinds of machinery and equipment and they are widely distributed. In order to improve the management efficiency of machinery and equipment and to make the management of machinery and equipment standardized, scientific and modern, this paper studies the new management mode of machinery and equipment, which brings severe challenges to the management and maintenance of machinery and equipment. And the development of a special computer management software system has become an urgent need. Based on the management of trunk highway machinery and equipment in Shaanxi Province, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the management mode of main highway machinery and equipment in Shaanxi Province. This paper puts forward a new three-level model of mechanical equipment management for trunk highway in Shaanxi Province. On the basis of this model and the actual situation of highway management department, a mechanical equipment management system for trunk highway in Shaanxi Province is designed and developed. The main tasks accomplished are as follows:. 1. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the management mode of mechanical equipment for trunk roads in Shaanxi Province, and puts forward a new three-level model for the management of machinery and equipment of trunk roads in Shaanxi Province. 2. The network, software, hardware platform and key technology of the system development are determined. On the basis of the new three-level mode of mechanical equipment management, with the help of Windows2007 operating system, Visual Studio2010 is used as the development platform. The system is developed with ASP.NET and SQL Server2005 database technology. 3. The requirement analysis of the system is completed, the functional structure of the system is analyzed in detail, and the design of the system is completed, including the design of the overall architecture of the system, the design of the function module, the design of the database and the design of the security. 4. The modules of system user management, equipment file management, equipment allocation management, equipment leasing management, equipment increase and decrease management, equipment accident management, equipment overhaul management and equipment scrap management are developed in the mechanical equipment management system. The corresponding function is realized. The mechanical equipment management system developed on the basis of the new three-level mode of mechanical equipment management proposed in this paper can provide the document management mechanism for Shaanxi Provincial Highway Administration, and unify the management reports and documents, thus greatly improving the efficiency of mechanical equipment management.
