【摘要】：隨著我國高速公路交通量的快速增長，很多早期建成的高速公路出現(xiàn)了通行能力不足、服務(wù)水平下降、路面破損嚴(yán)重等現(xiàn)象，，已成為高速公路發(fā)生交通擁擠以及造成各類交通事故的重要原因。為了改善這種狀況，一些高速公路進(jìn)行了大修改造。本文涉及的交通組織方案研究是高速公路大修改造工程重要工作之一。 本文在分析區(qū)域路網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)交通現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，依托佛開高速公路大修改造工程的實施，對交通組織的時段進(jìn)行劃分，確立區(qū)域路網(wǎng)交通組織方案的指導(dǎo)思想和基本原則，研究路網(wǎng)分流路徑和分流點(diǎn)的設(shè)置；在區(qū)域路網(wǎng)交通組織方案下，針對大修施工期間仍保持通行的情況，對高速公路各主要行車部分進(jìn)行項目路的交通組織方案研究，以便為實施區(qū)域交通組織方案提供必要保證。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of highway traffic volume in China, many of the early built expressways have appeared such phenomena as insufficient capacity, declining service level, serious road surface damage, etc. Has become an important cause of traffic congestion and various traffic accidents on highways. In order to improve this situation, Some freeways have been overhauled. The study of traffic organization scheme is one of the important works of highway overhaul and renovation engineering. Based on the analysis of the current traffic situation of the regional road network system, this paper, relying on the implementation of the reform project of the Fokai Expressway, divides the time period of the traffic organization, and establishes the guiding ideology and basic principles of the traffic organization scheme of the regional road network. Under the traffic organization plan of regional road network, according to the situation of maintaining the traffic during the heavy repair construction, the traffic organization scheme of the main driving parts of the expressway is studied. To provide the necessary assurance for the implementation of the regional transport organization program.
