板式橡膠支座摩擦滑移抗震性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了研究板式橡膠支座摩擦滑移后橋梁的抗震性能,完成了5個試件在不同豎向荷載作用和往復(fù)荷載作用下的擬靜力試驗(yàn),分析了支座摩擦滑移前后的滯回曲線、骨架曲線、支座變形、滑移位移、強(qiáng)度和剛度退化規(guī)律以及耗能能力等抗震性能指標(biāo).試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,加載位移較小時,支座主要發(fā)生彈性剪切變形,滑動位移較小.當(dāng)支座剪切變形達(dá)到73%~110%時,發(fā)生明顯滑移,滑移位移與支座所受的豎向荷載和支座規(guī)格有關(guān).支座與鋼板之間的摩擦系數(shù)與施加豎向荷載成反比,摩擦力與豎向荷載成正比,支座加載和卸載剛度基本不變,等效剛度退化明顯,但退化到一定值后基本穩(wěn)定.板式橡膠支座橡膠層厚度的增加會導(dǎo)致支座摩擦耗能性能改變,加載位移相同時,支座自身的剪切變形隨之增大,摩擦滑移位移和摩擦耗能則隨之減小.
[Abstract]:In order to study the seismic behavior of the bridge after friction slip of plate rubber bearing, quasi static tests of five specimens under different vertical and reciprocating loads were completed, and hysteretic curve and skeleton curve before and after friction slip of the bearing were analyzed. The experimental results show that the elastic shear deformation occurs mainly when the load displacement is small, and the degeneracy of strength and stiffness, and the energy dissipation capacity, are the main indexes of seismic performance, such as bearing deformation, slip displacement, strength and stiffness degradation, and energy dissipation capacity. The slip displacement is small. When the shear deformation of the bearing reaches 73 ~ 110, the slip occurs obviously, and the slip displacement is related to the vertical load and the bearing size. The friction coefficient between the bearing and the steel plate is inversely proportional to the vertical load applied. The friction force is in direct proportion to the vertical load, the load and unloading stiffness of the bearing is basically unchanged, the equivalent stiffness degenerates obviously, but after degradation to a certain value, it is basically stable. The increase of the rubber layer thickness of the plate rubber bearing will result in the change of the friction energy dissipation performance of the bearing. When the loading displacement is the same, the shear deformation of the bearing increases, and the friction slip displacement and friction energy dissipation decrease.
