懸索橋貓道設計參數(shù)優(yōu)化及軟件開發(fā)

【摘要】:在梁橋、拱橋、斜拉橋和懸索橋這幾種橋型中,懸索橋跨越大江大河的能力是最強的,在跨徑超過千米時其優(yōu)勢表現(xiàn)得尤為突出。貓道作為懸索橋施工過程中必不可少的中間結構物(即充當懸索橋主纜架設的操作平臺),對懸索橋的施工控制有著舉足輕重的作用。然而隨著懸索橋跨徑越來越大,貓道結構在各種荷載作用下的非線性響應變得越來越明顯,在這種情況下,對貓道結構的設計和施工都應該達到更高的精度才能保證懸索橋上部結構的理想線形。對于懸索橋施工貓道的計算分析,目前多數(shù)軟件基本都是基于有限元理論來開發(fā)的。而解析迭代法具有計算過程明確、邏輯清晰、輸入數(shù)據(jù)簡潔明了、計算機內(nèi)存占用小、計算精度高以及收斂速度快等優(yōu)勢,更適合懸索橋貓道結構的施工控制計算分析。在大量文獻和有關工程實例的支持下,本文以懸索橋施工貓道為研究對象進行系統(tǒng)分析,針對懸索橋貓道結構參數(shù)、貓道計算理論以及貓道計算程序進行研究得到如下結論: ①在大量研究以往工程實例的基礎上,,對懸索橋貓道結構的基本形式進行研究,得出了連續(xù)式貓道和分離式貓道各自的受力特性,比較得到了其各自的優(yōu)缺點。 ②精細分析了懸索橋貓道的結構參數(shù)以及各參數(shù)誤差對貓道結構線形和內(nèi)力的影響。 ③系統(tǒng)介紹了索結構的各種計算理論,找到了各自的計算精度和使用范圍;針對分離式貓道結構,提出其解析迭代計算方法。 ④運用Java程序設計語言編制懸索橋貓道計算程序,并進行界面開發(fā)形成良好的人機交互功能。 ⑤對計算模塊和程序界面進行封裝并打包發(fā)布。 ⑥根據(jù)工程實例驗證程序,比較本軟件計算結果與工程實例實測結果,說明了本軟件的適用性。 本文編制的懸索橋貓道結構計算程序可以直接運用于三跨分離式貓道的施工控制分析計算,封裝打包后的程序可以供設計研究人員下載安裝使用。
[Abstract]:Of the girder bridges, arch bridges, cable-stayed bridges and suspension bridges, the suspension bridges have the strongest ability to cross large rivers. As a necessary intermediate structure in the construction of suspension bridge (that is, as the operating platform for the erection of the main cable of suspension bridge), the catwalk has a great effect on the construction control of suspension bridge. But as the span of the suspension bridge grows, The nonlinear response of catwalk structures under various loads becomes more and more obvious, and in this case, The design and construction of catwalk structure should reach a higher precision in order to ensure the ideal alignment of the superstructure of the suspension bridge. At present, most software are developed based on finite element theory, and analytic iterative method has the advantages of clear calculation process, clear logic, simple and clear input data, small computer memory, high calculation precision and fast convergence speed, etc. It is more suitable for the calculation and analysis of the construction control of catwalk structure of suspension bridge. With the support of a large number of documents and relevant engineering examples, this paper takes the construction catwalk of suspension bridge as the research object to carry out systematic analysis, aiming at the structural parameters of the catwalk of suspension bridge. The following conclusions are obtained from the study of the catwalk calculation theory and the cat path calculation program:. 1 on the basis of a large number of previous engineering examples, the basic forms of catwalk structure of suspension bridge are studied, and the mechanical characteristics of continuous catwalk and separated catwalk are obtained, and their respective advantages and disadvantages are compared. (2) the structure parameters of the catwalk of suspension bridge and the influence of each parameter error on the alignment and internal force of the catwalk structure are analyzed in detail. 3. All kinds of calculation theories of cable structure are introduced systematically, their calculation accuracy and application range are found, and the analytical iterative calculation method is put forward for the separated catwalk structure. (4) the computer program of catwalk of suspension bridge is programmed by Java programming language, and the interface is developed to form good man-machine interaction function. 5 package and release the computing module and program interface. 6According to the verification program of engineering example, the applicability of this software is illustrated by comparing the calculated results with the measured results of engineering examples. The calculation program of catwalk structure of suspension bridge can be directly applied to the construction control analysis and calculation of three-span separated catwalk, and the packaged and packaged program can be used for download and installation by design researchers.
