【摘要】:中心商業(yè)區(qū)停車設施建設是保證中心商業(yè)區(qū)交通正常運行和商業(yè)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展的基本條件之一,停車設施的不足必然難以實施停車管理,影響動態(tài)交通運行。由于近年來重慶市社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展速度與人民生活水平不斷提升,在重慶特殊地理環(huán)境條件的限制下,城市動靜態(tài)交通的矛盾日益凸顯,城市主要中心商業(yè)區(qū)的規(guī)劃發(fā)展已趨于成熟,現(xiàn)有城市路網(wǎng)及基礎(chǔ)設施建設改造困難,本文正是在此背景下提出重慶主城中心商業(yè)區(qū)立體停車樓設計的研究,期望借此提出有針對性和實用價值的建議。 本文以重慶主城區(qū)中心商業(yè)區(qū)的停車問題為主要研究對象,從中心商業(yè)區(qū)環(huán)境特征及停車需求預測入手,根據(jù)立體停車設施的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外對靜態(tài)交通問題的發(fā)展研究現(xiàn)狀以及社會文化、社會經(jīng)濟經(jīng)濟、科學技術(shù)發(fā)展水平,通過對重慶主城中心商業(yè)區(qū)停車設施進行實地調(diào)研,分析在重慶中心商業(yè)區(qū)特定環(huán)境中現(xiàn)有各類立體停車樓所具備的優(yōu)勢與不足,以實際調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)和抽樣調(diào)查問卷為依據(jù),用實際數(shù)據(jù)為計算基礎(chǔ)建立適合于重慶市特定地理環(huán)境條件的停車設施需求預測模型,并對部分模型修正參數(shù)進行研究性探討。根據(jù)國內(nèi)外停車設施規(guī)劃建設的成熟理論和成功益經(jīng)驗,從土地使用、結(jié)構(gòu)建設、經(jīng)濟投入等多方面對現(xiàn)有停車設施進行比較,探討最適合的停車設施規(guī)劃選址和結(jié)構(gòu)設計方案,并且針對重慶市特殊的地理環(huán)境條件在停車建筑結(jié)構(gòu)柱網(wǎng)布置、出入口設置、停車誘導管理系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化三個方面提出有價值的參考性建議,并對停車設施建設中可能會涉及到結(jié)構(gòu)柱網(wǎng)布置、交通組織形式、照明設計、通風設計、排水設計、消防設計及停車設施管理技術(shù)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行分析討論。最后,,根據(jù)城市動靜態(tài)交通可持續(xù)發(fā)展的研究思路,在政方面進行討論研究,由政策引導、鼓勵和改變居民的出行方式,通過政策的完善與督促,改進停車設施的建設形式與管理方式,做到有效利用空間面積、高效使用停車設施。文章結(jié)尾處對全文內(nèi)容進行歸納,提出本文結(jié)論性意見及創(chuàng)新之處,總結(jié)本文研究中存在的問題,為后續(xù)研究提供方向。
[Abstract]:The construction of commercial district parking center is one of the basic conditions to ensure the steady development of the normal operation of traffic and commercial center in the business district, lack of parking facilities is difficult to implement parking management, traffic impact dynamic. Due to the social and economic development speed and people living standard in Chongqing city rising in Chongqing special geographical environment restrictions City, the contradiction between the dynamic and static traffic has become increasingly prominent, the main development planning center city business district has become mature, the existing city road network and infrastructure construction difficulties, this paper is put forward under the background of Chongqing city center commercial area parking building design research, hoping to put forward some targeted and practical recommendations.
The parking problems in urban areas of Chongqing, the central business district as the main research object, from the central business district environment and the parking demand forecast to start, according to the current situation of parking facilities, combined with the static traffic problems at home and abroad on the research status and development of social economy and social culture, economy, science and technology development level, through the on-the-spot investigation the parking facilities of Chongqing city center commercial area, advantage analysis in the specific environment of Chongqing's central business district in the existing parking building equipped with insufficient, to the actual survey data and sampling questionnaire as the basis, with actual data is calculated on the basis of establishing suitable for specific geographical conditions of Chongqing city parking demand prediction model and the correction parameters part model are discussed. According to the domestic and foreign parking facilities planning and construction of the mature theory and successful experience of Yi From the use of land, construction, structure, comparison of existing parking facilities investment and other aspects of site selection and structure design for parking facilities planning, and according to the special conditions of the geographical environment in Chongqing city in the parking structure column layout, setting of the entrance, parking management system optimization suggestions of value the three aspects, and may be related to the structural arrangement of column construction of parking facilities, traffic organization, lighting design, ventilation design, drainage design, fire protection design and key technology of parking management technology are analyzed and discussed. Finally, based on the idea of city dynamic traffic and static traffic sustainable development, are discussed in the the political aspects, guided by the policy, encourage and change the way people travel, and urged by the perfect policy, construction form and management improvement of parking facilities We should make effective use of the space area and use parking facilities efficiently. At the end of the article, we summarize the contents of the full text, present the concluding observations and innovations of this paper, summarize the problems in this study, and provide directions for future research.
