【摘要】:2013年我國(guó)的城鎮(zhèn)化水平已經(jīng)達(dá)到52%,在過(guò)去的5年中,中國(guó)的城鎮(zhèn)化率平均每年提高1.3個(gè)百分點(diǎn),隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的不斷深入,每年增加的城市人口多達(dá)1700萬(wàn)。為滿足這些城市新增人口的居住、就業(yè)等需求,各種大型建設(shè)項(xiàng)目相繼投入開(kāi)發(fā)運(yùn)營(yíng),在緩解城市剛需供應(yīng)不足問(wèn)題的同時(shí),卻又給城市交通系統(tǒng)帶來(lái)了新的挑戰(zhàn)。大型建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)發(fā)必然導(dǎo)致區(qū)域交通量的增長(zhǎng),,如果不解決可能的交通擁堵問(wèn)題,其隨之而來(lái)的交通事故、環(huán)境污染、公交擁擠和停車(chē)?yán)щy等一系列問(wèn)題又會(huì)影響到出行者的日常生活,成為影響整個(gè)區(qū)域的交通擁堵多發(fā)地段,進(jìn)而影響到項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)的利潤(rùn)獲取,同時(shí)也制約了城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。因此,對(duì)城市大型建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行交通影響評(píng)價(jià)及能夠保障開(kāi)發(fā)商的利益,也能夠促進(jìn)城市交通系統(tǒng)的健康發(fā)展。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)大型建設(shè)項(xiàng)目交通影響評(píng)價(jià)中重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的交通基礎(chǔ)資料的調(diào)查與分析、停車(chē)設(shè)施分析與評(píng)價(jià)和公交及出租車(chē)場(chǎng)地分析等問(wèn)題入手,在第三章對(duì)主要基礎(chǔ)資料的調(diào)查方法、作用及評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行了分析;第四章論述了交通影響評(píng)價(jià)中停車(chē)設(shè)施的分析方法和評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容,對(duì)常遇到的問(wèn)題提出改善的建議以供參考;第五章對(duì)公交首末站、公交中途站和出租車(chē)?空緩脑O(shè)置要求、形式、影響因素等方面進(jìn)行論述,并對(duì)不同設(shè)施提出各自的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),結(jié)合“國(guó)賓中央?yún)^(qū)”交通影響評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行具體的實(shí)例分析與測(cè)評(píng)。
[Abstract]:In 2013, China's urbanization level has reached 52%, in the past 5 years, the urbanization rate Chinese the average annual increase of 1.3 percentage points, along with our country city and the deepening of the process, the annual increase of city population up to 17 million. In order to meet these new city population living, employment demand, various large the construction projects have been put into operation in the city development, alleviate the problem of insufficient supply just at the same time, it also brings new challenges to city traffic system. The development of large-scale construction projects will inevitably lead to regional traffic growth, if traffic congestion will be puzzled, the traffic accidents, environmental pollution, a series of problems traffic congestion and parking difficulty would affect the traveler's daily life, become the regional traffic congestion prone area, thereby affecting the project development profits obtained, at the same time It also restricts the development of urban economy. Therefore, traffic impact assessment for urban large-scale construction projects and the interests of developers can also promote the healthy development of urban transportation system.
In this paper, through the investigation and analysis of the focus on the traffic impact assessment of construction projects of large traffic data, starting with the analysis and evaluation of parking facilities and bus and taxi site analysis, investigation method of the main basic data in the third chapter, effect and evaluation were analyzed; the fourth chapter discusses the analysis and evaluation of traffic impact assessment of parking facilities, the problems put forward the improvement suggestions for reference; the fifth chapter to the end of the first bus station, bus stops and the taxi stand from the requirements set form, the influencing factors were discussed, and put forward their evaluation indicators for different facilities, combined with the traffic impact Ambassador central evaluation case analysis and evaluation of concrete.
