瀝青路面舊料熱再生應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國高速公路建設(shè)事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,早期修建的高速公路相繼進(jìn)入維修、改擴(kuò)建階段。瀝青路面再生是解決舊路銑刨后產(chǎn)生的材料浪費(fèi)和環(huán)境污染等問題的主要技術(shù)手段。 本文從瀝青老化再生機(jī)理入手,進(jìn)行了再生瀝青融合試驗(yàn)方法的初步探索,在已有研究基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合工程實(shí)踐,通過瀝青路面回收料(RAP)性狀評(píng)價(jià)、礦料的級(jí)配分析,得知舊料的級(jí)配不滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范的要求;通過對(duì)舊料進(jìn)行抽提試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),回收的瀝青性能衰減嚴(yán)重。檢測(cè)儲(chǔ)存舊料的含水量發(fā)現(xiàn),RAP舊料的含水量每天都在變化。利用馬歇爾設(shè)計(jì)方法,通過最佳瀝青用量的確定、配合比設(shè)計(jì)與檢驗(yàn)等步驟,對(duì)廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料進(jìn)行配合比設(shè)計(jì)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)再生瀝青的針入度指數(shù)隨著新瀝青摻量的增加而增大;再生瀝青混合料隨著舊料摻配率的增大,新瀝青的需求減。浑S著舊料RAP提高,其拌合溫度范圍和施工溫度均有不同程度的提高,對(duì)應(yīng)的最佳拌合溫度和最佳施工溫度也有所提升。 為了驗(yàn)證再生瀝青混合料在高等級(jí)公路的可行性,本文進(jìn)行了AC-25級(jí)配多個(gè)舊料摻量下的路用性能試驗(yàn)。進(jìn)行了車轍試驗(yàn)、浸水馬歇爾、凍融劈裂試驗(yàn)、疲勞試驗(yàn)、彎曲試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,隨著舊料摻量增加,再生瀝青混合料的高溫性能有所改善;再生瀝青混合料水穩(wěn)性和疲勞性能隨RAP用量增大時(shí)均呈現(xiàn)降低趨勢(shì),舊料的過多加入,,會(huì)導(dǎo)致水穩(wěn)定性和疲勞性能降低;而再生瀝青混合料的低溫性能與RAP的用量增多變化不大。 在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文又對(duì)再生瀝青混合料的施工工藝和施工控制進(jìn)行了論述,對(duì)施工過程中需要注意的事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行了分析。同時(shí)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益進(jìn)行計(jì)算和評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of highway construction in China, the early built expressway has entered the stage of maintenance, reconstruction and extension. Asphalt pavement regeneration is the main technical means to solve the problems of material waste and environmental pollution caused by the old road milling and planing. Based on the mechanism of asphalt aging and regeneration, this paper makes a preliminary exploration of the fusion test method of recycled asphalt. On the basis of existing research and engineering practice, through the evaluation of asphalt pavement recycled material (rap), the gradation analysis of mineral aggregate is carried out. It is known that the gradation of used materials does not meet the requirements of the current code, and through the extraction test of used materials, it is found that, The performance of recycled asphalt attenuates seriously. The moisture content of rap is changing every day by measuring the moisture content of used materials. By using Marshall design method, through the determination of optimum asphalt content, the mix ratio design and test, etc. The research shows that the penetration index of recycled asphalt increases with the increase of new asphalt content, and the demand of new asphalt decreases with the increase of mix ratio of recycled asphalt mixture. With the increase of RAP, the range of mixing temperature and construction temperature are increased to some extent, and the corresponding optimum mixing temperature and construction temperature are also improved. In order to verify the feasibility of recycled asphalt mixture in high grade highway, the road performance test of AC-25 gradation with multiple used materials was carried out. Rutting test, immersion Marshall test, freeze-thaw splitting test, fatigue test were carried out. The results of bending test show that the high temperature performance of recycled asphalt mixture is improved with the increase of the amount of used materials, and the water stability and fatigue performance of recycled asphalt mixture decrease with the increase of RAP content. The low temperature performance of recycled asphalt mixture and the increase of RAP content do not change much. On the basis of the above research, this paper also discusses the construction technology and construction control of recycled asphalt mixture, analyzes the matters needing attention in the construction process, and calculates and evaluates the economic and social benefits.
