大跨度鋼桁梁斜拉橋施工控制分析

【摘要】:鋼桁梁斜拉橋獨(dú)有的桁架結(jié)構(gòu)形式,使其具有承載能力強(qiáng)、整體剛度大、跨徑大等特點(diǎn),隨著我國高速鐵路建筑的快速發(fā)展,,鋼桁梁斜拉橋越來越成為未來橋梁的發(fā)展方向。本文以貴廣鐵路思賢窖特大鋼桁梁斜拉橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘,就其施工控制中幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵性因素進(jìn)行了分析: (1)鋼桁梁斜拉橋施工過程中線形走向直接關(guān)系到鋼桁梁的合攏和最終設(shè)計(jì)成橋狀態(tài)的形成,本文研究了鋼桁梁斜拉橋制造線形和安裝線形的分析計(jì)算,并研究了它們的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。鋼桁梁斜拉橋一般通過改變弦桿長(zhǎng)度來實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)拱度,本文研究了弦桿長(zhǎng)度改變量的幾種計(jì)算方法; (2)鋼桁梁斜拉橋合攏具有合攏點(diǎn)多、合攏精度要求高、調(diào)整難道大等特點(diǎn),因而對(duì)其合攏狀態(tài)的分析尤為重要,本文分析了鋼桁梁斜拉橋合攏所需的唯一的合攏狀態(tài),并介紹了它的計(jì)算; (3)非垂直的斜拉索在自重作用下會(huì)產(chǎn)生垂度效應(yīng),使得斜拉索計(jì)算索力和實(shí)際索力存在偏差,本文研究了修正這種偏差的方法,鋼桁梁斜拉橋施工過程中為獲取特定的安裝線形需要對(duì)斜拉索索力進(jìn)行臨時(shí)調(diào)整,待全橋合攏后恢復(fù),且施工方法的不同也會(huì)引起斜拉索索力的改變,本文均有研究。
[Abstract]:The unique truss structure form of steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge makes it have the characteristics of strong bearing capacity, large overall stiffness and long span. With the rapid development of high-speed railway construction in China, Steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge is becoming the development direction of future bridge more and more. This paper takes Sixian Jiao extraordinarily large steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge in Gui-Guangzhou Railway as the engineering background, and analyzes several key factors in its construction control. 1) the alignment of steel truss cable-stayed bridges is directly related to the closure of the steel truss and the formation of the final design of the bridge. This paper studies the analysis and calculation of the manufacture and installation of the steel truss cable-stayed bridges. Steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge is usually used to change the chord length to achieve pre-arched degree. In this paper, several calculation methods of chord length change are studied. 2) the closure of steel truss cable-stayed bridge is characterized by many closing points, high precision and large adjustment, so it is very important to analyze the closure state of steel truss cable-stayed bridge. In this paper, the unique closure state of steel truss cable-stayed bridge is analyzed. Its calculation is also introduced. 3) the non-vertical cable will have sag effect under the action of deadweight, which makes the calculation of cable force deviate from the actual cable force. This paper studies the method of correcting this deviation. In order to obtain the special installation line of steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge, it is necessary to adjust the cable force temporarily, to be restored after the whole bridge is closed, and the different construction methods will also cause the change of cable force.
