【摘要】：針對目前我國城市信號交叉口普遍存在的行人交通安全問題，運用交通沖突技術(shù)的相關(guān)方法研究信號交叉口行人與機動車的安全問題。首先對國內(nèi)外行人和機動車交通沖突的研究進行全面回顧，總結(jié)國內(nèi)外最新的研究成果，包括交通沖突關(guān)鍵技術(shù)分析方法、數(shù)據(jù)采集技術(shù)、交通沖突安全評價以及實際應用等。 本文的研究范圍是信號交叉口行人與右轉(zhuǎn)車的交通沖突。具體研究內(nèi)容如下：分析了信號交叉口行人與右轉(zhuǎn)機動車的交通特性，，總結(jié)兩者發(fā)生交通沖突時的運動特點。采集了大量視頻數(shù)據(jù)，利用SIMI軟件提取行人與右轉(zhuǎn)車的運動狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)，包括位移、速度、加速度和減速度等。通過對提取數(shù)據(jù)的分析，定量研究行人與右轉(zhuǎn)車在沖突點相互作用過程中的運動規(guī)律，指出需對干擾情況下的行人與右轉(zhuǎn)車進行交通沖突的判別。以減速度為判別標準，利用可接受間隙理論中的臨界間隙法確定沖突判別的臨界值，對提取數(shù)據(jù)進行交通沖突判別。利用判別結(jié)果，進行交叉口行人與右轉(zhuǎn)車交通安全評價。選取交叉口行人與右轉(zhuǎn)車的4個沖突點為評價對象，評價他們在早高峰、平峰和晚高峰不同時段的安全狀況。以這4個沖突點不同時段下的行人右轉(zhuǎn)車沖突數(shù)與行人右轉(zhuǎn)車混合當量交通量的比值（TC/MPCU）為評價指標，運用灰色聚類評價模型對信號交叉口的4個行人與右轉(zhuǎn)車沖突區(qū)在不同時段下的安全狀況進行評價。并結(jié)合實際情況對評價結(jié)果進行分析，驗證了模型的有效性并指出其適用范圍。
[Abstract]:According to the traffic safety problem of our country at present city intersection, universal, security issues related to using the method of traffic conflict technique of signal intersection pedestrians and vehicles. The first comprehensive review of the research on the domestic and foreign pedestrian and vehicle traffic conflict, summarizing the latest research results, including the analysis of key technology of traffic conflict, data acquisition technology, the safety evaluation of traffic conflicts as well as the practical application.
The scope of this study is the intersection traffic conflict of pedestrian and right turning. The specific contents are as follows: the analysis of the characteristics of traffic signal intersection pedestrian and right turning vehicle, summarizes the movement characteristics of the two traffic conflict. A large number of video data acquisition, motion data, extraction of pedestrian and right turn vehicles using SIMI software include the displacement, velocity, acceleration and deceleration. Through the analysis of the data, the quantitative research of pedestrian and right transfer movement in the conflict in the interaction process, points out that it is necessary to distinguish the effects of pedestrian and right turning traffic conflict. In order to reduce the speed of the judgment standard, the determination of the critical value of conflict accept the critical gap gap method discriminant theory, traffic conflict discrimination on the extracted data. The determination result, intersection of pedestrian and right turning traffic safety assessment Price. 4 conflicts of selection of intersection of pedestrian and right transfer as the evaluation object, evaluation of them in the morning peak, flat peak and late safety status in different periods. In the 4 conflicts at the same time the pedestrian vehicle conflict with the number of pedestrians turn right turn traffic volume mixing ratio (TC/MPCU) as the evaluation index, evaluated the safety status of the grey clustering evaluation model of signal intersection 4 conflict of pedestrian and right turn vehicles at different time periods. Combined with the actual situation, the analysis of evaluation results, verify the validity of the model and points out its application scope.
