橡膠瀝青在路面養(yǎng)護(hù)工程中的應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和汽車(chē)工業(yè)的發(fā)展,我國(guó)的汽車(chē)使用量越來(lái)越大,而大量的廢舊汽車(chē)輪胎的處理也成為了一項(xiàng)重要的研究課題。開(kāi)展橡膠瀝青在路面養(yǎng)護(hù)工程的應(yīng)用,能夠緩解廢舊橡膠輪胎造成環(huán)境污染方面壓力,同時(shí)能夠改善路面使用性能,具有重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益。 本文以橡膠瀝青技術(shù)在浙江的研究和應(yīng)用為背景,結(jié)合新昌江拔線(xiàn)的工程案例,從橡膠瀝青的性能、評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),橡膠瀝青的配合比設(shè)計(jì)以及橡膠瀝青的生產(chǎn)工藝等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究。新昌橡膠瀝青試驗(yàn)路段橡膠瀝青混合料-13(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng):ARAC-13)集料采用玄武巖,同時(shí)添加占集料2%的礦粉;ARAC-13配合比設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)新昌項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn),結(jié)合《橡膠瀝青及混合料設(shè)計(jì)施工技術(shù)指南》的要求,采用了斷級(jí)配密實(shí)骨架嵌擠式級(jí)配,采用馬歇爾擊實(shí)法(雙面各75次),擊實(shí)溫度控制在175~180℃;采用的集料毛體積相對(duì)密度2.8,初始油石比采用6.5%,采取雙面75次制作馬歇爾試件,經(jīng)過(guò)試驗(yàn)確定ARAC-13的最佳油石比為7.0%。 結(jié)合新昌江拔線(xiàn)試驗(yàn)路段的鋪設(shè)應(yīng)用,并對(duì)該路段橡膠瀝青混合料的使用情況進(jìn)行了跟蹤檢測(cè),為橡膠瀝青在路面養(yǎng)護(hù)工程中的應(yīng)用提供了數(shù)據(jù)和技術(shù)支持。通過(guò)研究,從試驗(yàn)結(jié)果來(lái)看,ARAC-13各項(xiàng)體積指標(biāo)、水穩(wěn)定性能、高溫性能均滿(mǎn)足要求。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,橡膠瀝青混合料回彈模量值要高于SBS改性瀝青混合料,,說(shuō)明橡膠瀝青混合料強(qiáng)度要優(yōu)于SBS改性瀝青混合料,抗變形能力更強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and automobile industry, more and more cars are used in our country, and the disposal of a large number of used tyres has become an important research subject. It can relieve the pressure of environmental pollution caused by waste rubber tires and improve the pavement performance. It has important economic and social benefits. In this paper, based on the research and application of rubber asphalt technology in Zhejiang Province, combined with the engineering case of Xinchang River drawing line, the performance and evaluation index of rubber asphalt are discussed. The mix ratio design of rubber asphalt and the production technology of rubber asphalt were studied in several aspects. The aggregate of rubber asphalt mixture -13 in Xinchang Rubber Asphalt Test Section was basalt. At the same time, according to the characteristics of Xinchang Project and the requirements of "Technical Guide for Design and Construction of Rubber Asphalt and mixture", the mix proportion design of mineral powder ARAC-13, which accounts for 2% aggregate, is designed by adopting the breaking gradation and compacting compacted skeleton embedded gradation.
