全深式就地冷再生技術(shù)在寧夏S101線路面改造中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)公路建設(shè)的高速發(fā)展,許多早期建設(shè)的公路逐步進(jìn)入大中修期。近年,寧夏公路也已進(jìn)入大規(guī)模修復(fù)期,采用何種方式對(duì)它進(jìn)行有效維修,是一個(gè)亟待解決的問(wèn)題。較之傳統(tǒng)的路面維修方法,瀝青路面廢舊材料再生利用,被稱作“綠色”施工技術(shù),可以保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境,有效提高資源利用率,符合我國(guó)提出的發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略方針,也符合我區(qū)踐行的實(shí)現(xiàn)交通運(yùn)輸與資源環(huán)境和諧發(fā)展的綠色交通理念。因此,對(duì)瀝青路面再生技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究具有重要的意義,也是我區(qū)以理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐,對(duì)路面維修進(jìn)行的一次大膽探索。 本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,從瀝青路面再生技術(shù)特點(diǎn)出發(fā),闡述了再生技術(shù)的分類、適用性。依托寧夏S101線同心過(guò)境段公路,進(jìn)行了原舊路路況調(diào)查、檢測(cè)、分析、評(píng)價(jià),在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了全深式就地冷再生路面大修方案的路面結(jié)構(gòu)組合和路面厚度。通過(guò)室內(nèi)配合比設(shè)計(jì)以及對(duì)冷再生路面可靠、合理的設(shè)計(jì)方法的探討,積累了配合比設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。通過(guò)對(duì)每一步具體施工工藝的研究,分析了冷再生技術(shù)施工工藝控制要點(diǎn)和關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),為寧夏區(qū)內(nèi)其他工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)施就地冷再生施工提供借鑒。 實(shí)踐表明,瀝青路面就地冷再生技術(shù)不僅具有良好的路用性能,還具有顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益、環(huán)境保護(hù)效益,,是一項(xiàng)切實(shí)可行、有廣闊發(fā)展前景的技術(shù),應(yīng)該在瀝青路面大修中廣泛應(yīng)用推廣。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway construction in China, many of the early built highways have gradually entered the period of major and medium repair. In recent years, Ningxia Highway has also entered the period of large-scale repair. How to carry out effective maintenance of the highway? Compared with the traditional methods of pavement maintenance, the recycling and utilization of waste materials of asphalt pavement is called "green" construction technology, which can protect the ecological environment and effectively improve the utilization rate of resources. In line with the strategic policy of developing circular economy and realizing sustainable development put forward by our country, and the green traffic concept of realizing the harmonious development of transportation and resources and environment in our region, It is of great significance to study the technology of asphalt pavement regeneration, and it is also a bold exploration of pavement maintenance in our region with the guidance of theory and practice. Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper, based on the characteristics of asphalt pavement regeneration technology, expounds the classification and applicability of the regeneration technology. Based on the concentric transit section of Ningxia S101 line, the original old road condition investigation, detection and analysis are carried out. On the basis of evaluation, the paper puts forward the pavement structure combination and pavement thickness of the overhauling scheme of full-depth in-situ cold recycled pavement, and discusses the reliable and reasonable design method of cold recycled pavement through indoor mix ratio design. Through the research on concrete construction technology of each step, the key points and key indexes of construction process control of cold regeneration technology are analyzed, which can be used as reference for other projects in Ningxia district to carry out in situ cold recycling construction. The practice shows that the local cold recycling technology of asphalt pavement not only has good road performance, but also has remarkable economic, social and environmental protection benefits. It is a feasible and promising technology. It should be widely used in asphalt pavement overhaul.
