沉管隧道管節(jié)沉放過程中河流環(huán)境對管節(jié)附加壓力的影響分析

【摘要】:管節(jié)在沉放過程中受河流環(huán)境影響較大,現(xiàn)運用計算流體力學方法,數(shù)值實現(xiàn)管節(jié)在不同流速、水位等河流工況下沉放的全過程,得出沉管隧道管節(jié)下沉過程中管節(jié)側(cè)壁的附加壓強等數(shù)據(jù)。分析結(jié)果表明:在管節(jié)下沉過程中,管節(jié)一半進入基槽時為特殊位置,此時上下、左右壓力差值出現(xiàn)較大波動;左右側(cè)壓力差作用點上移,上下面最小壓力差作用點之間的距離隨管節(jié)沉放達到最大,此時管節(jié)在上下面作用力下受到的彎矩最大;河流水位對管節(jié)側(cè)壁附加壓力影響不顯著,對最大壓力差作用點位置產(chǎn)生對應的提前、延緩;河流流速對側(cè)壁附加壓力差影響顯著,得出管節(jié)進入特殊位置前后管節(jié)側(cè)壁壓強差值變化梯度與河流速度的關系,并給出擬合曲線。該分析結(jié)果可為管節(jié)沉放提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The pipe joints are greatly affected by the river environment in the course of sinking. In this paper, using the method of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), the whole process of pipe node sinking and releasing under different flow velocity and water level is realized numerically. The additional pressure and other data of the side wall of the pipe joint during the sinking process of the immersed pipe tunnel are obtained. The analysis results show that in the course of the pipe node sinking, the half of the pipe node is in a special position when it enters the base groove, and the pressure difference between the left and the right is fluctuated greatly at this time. The distance between the upper and lower minimum pressure difference points reached the maximum with the sinking of the pipe joint, and the moment of the pipe joint was the largest under the upper and lower forces, while the river water level had no significant effect on the additional pressure on the side wall of the pipe joint. The influence of river velocity on the additional pressure difference of side wall is significant, and the relationship between the gradient of pressure difference of side wall and river velocity before and after the pipe node entering a special position is obtained. The fitting curve is given. The results can be used for reference.
