基于鋼渣骨料的瀝青混合料路用性能研究

【摘要】:首先分析了鋼渣的物理性能、化學成分以及吸水膨脹特性,然后對以鋼渣為骨料的ATB-25、AC-13、SMA-10瀝青混合料進行配合比設(shè)計,并對其路用性能進行研究。試驗結(jié)果表明:鋼渣表面紋理粗糙,嵌擠效應(yīng)良好,有利于增強與瀝青的黏附性,提高抗剪切性能;鋼渣瀝青混合料脆點為-10℃,低溫變形能力較好,而且膨脹率小,可以鋪筑出滿足行車要求的瀝青混凝土路面。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the physical properties, chemical composition and water swelling characteristics of steel slag are analyzed, and then the mixture ratio of ATB-25 AC-13 SMA-10 asphalt mixture with steel slag as aggregate is designed. The experimental results show that the surface texture of steel slag is rough and the squeezing effect is good, which is beneficial to enhance the adhesion to asphalt and improve the shear resistance, and the brittle point of steel slag asphalt mixture is -10 鈩,
