基于鋼筋性能退化的在役板樁碼頭承載能力研究

【摘要】:目前我國現(xiàn)役板樁碼頭許多已服役數(shù)十年,存在著不同程度的病損,由此對(duì)剩余使用壽命期內(nèi)的在役板樁碼頭的受力狀態(tài)變化分析提出了需要。前人在關(guān)于舊損結(jié)構(gòu)承載力退化及其有限元建模等方面的研究取得了豐碩的成果,根據(jù)已有的研究成果總結(jié)推導(dǎo)對(duì)應(yīng)的材料損失及性能退化與時(shí)間之間的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系,即可對(duì)基于構(gòu)件材料損失及性能退化速率下的板樁碼頭受力狀態(tài)進(jìn)行分析和探索。 本文以單錨板樁碼頭簡化模型為例,基于鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件銹蝕開裂的相關(guān)理論,建立單錨板樁碼頭樁土接觸二維有限元模型。從鋼筋銹蝕截面損失隨時(shí)間的變化率入手,推導(dǎo)出銹蝕鋼筋性能退化模型,依據(jù)各鋼筋性能的退化參數(shù)對(duì)板樁碼頭整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行舊損處理,考察板樁墻的時(shí)變受力狀態(tài)及其變化規(guī)律。得出了基于鋼筋性能退化參數(shù)的板樁變形、鋼筋應(yīng)變、關(guān)鍵區(qū)域混凝土的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變及其裂縫發(fā)展情況等隨時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律,,為更全面地了解板樁碼頭舊損過程對(duì)碼頭整體承載力的影響提供了新的研究方法,并為板樁碼頭優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)及舊損板樁碼頭的修復(fù)、降級(jí)使用等提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:At present, many of the existing plate pile wharves in our country have been in service for decades, and there are varying degrees of disease and damage. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the stress state of the in-service plate pile wharf during the remaining service life. The previous researches on the bearing capacity degradation and finite element modeling of the old damaged structure have achieved fruitful results. According to the existing research results, the mathematical relationship between material loss and performance degradation and time is deduced, and the stress state of sheet pile wharf based on component material loss and performance degradation rate is analyzed and explored. In this paper, the simplified model of single anchor plate pile wharf is taken as an example. Based on the theory of corrosion cracking of reinforced concrete member, a two-dimensional finite element model of pile-soil contact of single anchor plate pile wharf is established. The performance degradation model of corroded steel bar is derived. According to the degradation parameters of each reinforcing bar, the whole structure of sheet pile wharf is treated with old damage. The time-varying stress state and its variation law of slab pile wall are investigated. The time-varying law of plate pile deformation, reinforcement strain, concrete stress, strain and crack development in key area based on the parameters of steel bar performance degradation are obtained. This paper provides a new research method for understanding the influence of the old damage process on the overall bearing capacity of the sheet-pile wharf, and provides the basis for the optimization design of the sheet-pile wharf, the repair and downgrade use of the old damaged plank-pile wharf, etc.
