盾構(gòu)施工全程自動(dòng)化物控系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)信息化技術(shù)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與企業(yè)本身信息化的綜合管理程度有著密切的關(guān)系。當(dāng)前地鐵建設(shè)正處于快速發(fā)展階段,盾構(gòu)施工企業(yè)想要獲取更高的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力必須降低施工投入成本,而盾構(gòu)施工物資成本在降低施工總成本方面存在很大空間。因此,本課題通過(guò)對(duì)盾構(gòu)施工物資管理工作流程的調(diào)研,針對(duì)現(xiàn)有物資管理模式的不足,完成了基于盾構(gòu)施工自動(dòng)化物資調(diào)度與數(shù)據(jù)采集之上的物控管理系統(tǒng)。此系統(tǒng)采用當(dāng)前先進(jìn)的ERP思想,并結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)將企業(yè)所有施工項(xiàng)目集中遠(yuǎn)程管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)盾構(gòu)施工過(guò)程中物資的自動(dòng)化、精細(xì)化、規(guī)范化的管理,進(jìn)而降低物資消耗成本,提高企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本課題為解決物控管理系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)采集與錄入的問(wèn)題,利用當(dāng)前先進(jìn)的控制器技術(shù),,通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)架設(shè)局域網(wǎng)將現(xiàn)場(chǎng)盾構(gòu)機(jī)、攪拌站等設(shè)備中的傳感器、自主研發(fā)異步多核PAC、移動(dòng)式手持設(shè)備客戶端及系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器連接在一起,形成一個(gè)閉式物資調(diào)度與物資消耗數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、自動(dòng)化采集系統(tǒng),減少了人工二次數(shù)據(jù)錄入的麻煩,提高了物資數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性與實(shí)時(shí)性。 本課題重點(diǎn)完成了物控管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),集團(tuán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)以及物資管理人員通過(guò)此系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)物資遠(yuǎn)程決策管理。本系統(tǒng)根據(jù)盾構(gòu)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不同種類物資所占總施工成本的比重,設(shè)計(jì)了物料管理、刀具管理、管片管理三個(gè)子系統(tǒng)。首先,根據(jù)盾構(gòu)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)際情況,從設(shè)計(jì)目的、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源及整體結(jié)構(gòu)三個(gè)方面對(duì)每個(gè)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析,并完成了各子系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)表字段的設(shè)計(jì),建立物控管理系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù);其次,根據(jù)物資管理實(shí)際需求完成各子系統(tǒng)中功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)從物資的采購(gòu)、消耗、庫(kù)存等盾構(gòu)項(xiàng)目整個(gè)生命周期內(nèi)的物資信息化、規(guī)范化管理。最后,通過(guò)各子系統(tǒng)中的分析模塊,總結(jié)了在控制盾構(gòu)施工物資成本方面本系統(tǒng)所實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,從而完成物控管理系統(tǒng)的整體開發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology in our country, the market competitiveness of enterprises is closely related to the comprehensive management degree of enterprises themselves. In order to gain higher competitiveness, shield construction enterprises must reduce the cost of construction input, and there is a lot of room in reducing the total construction cost of shield construction materials. This topic through the shield construction material management work flow investigation, in view of the existing material management model insufficiency, The material control management system based on shield construction automation material scheduling and data acquisition is completed. The system adopts the current advanced ERP idea and combines the network technology to centralize the remote management of all construction projects in the enterprise. In order to reduce the cost of material consumption and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises, the material automation, fine and standardized management can be realized in the course of shield construction. In order to solve the problem of data acquisition and input in the material control management system, using the current advanced controller technology, the sensors in the field shield machine, mixing station and other equipments are set up through the local area network. Independent development of asynchronous multi-core PAC, mobile handheld device client and system database server connected together to form a closed material scheduling and material consumption data real-time monitoring, automatic acquisition system, It reduces the trouble of manual secondary data input and improves the accuracy and real-time of material data. This project focuses on the design of the material control management system, through which the group leaders and the material management personnel realize the material remote decision management. The system is based on the proportion of the total construction cost of the different kinds of materials in the shield construction site. Three subsystems, material management, tool management and segment management, are designed. Firstly, according to the actual situation of shield tunneling construction site, the requirements of each subsystem are analyzed from three aspects: design purpose, basic data source and overall structure. And completed the design of each subsystem data table field, set up the basic database of the material control management system. Secondly, according to the actual demand of material management, completed the design of the functional modules in each subsystem, and realized the purchase and consumption from the material. Material information and standardized management during the whole life cycle of shield tunneling project with inventory. Finally, through the analysis module of each subsystem, the function of this system in controlling the cost of shield construction materials is summarized. In order to complete the overall development and design of the control management system.
