基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)貴州山區(qū)軟土地基沉降預(yù)測(cè)研究

【摘要】:隨著近年來我國西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的飛速發(fā)展,西南山區(qū)高速公路的建設(shè)也隨之突飛猛進(jìn)。與沿海地區(qū)及內(nèi)陸的平原地區(qū)存在的軟土地基所不同的是,存在于貴州山區(qū)的軟土地基因?yàn)橛衅渥陨聿灰粯拥奶攸c(diǎn),并且具有非常復(fù)雜并且多樣的地基破壞形式以及變形特征,在施工過程之中需要面臨的十分復(fù)雜的氣候、水文以及地質(zhì)等全新的問題更加是日益突出,這就使得對(duì)貴州山區(qū)的軟土地基相關(guān)研究已經(jīng)成為貴州高速公路建設(shè)中具有代表性的技術(shù)難題,尤其是處理后的沉降及預(yù)測(cè)。 本文對(duì)貴州省山區(qū)高速公路沿線軟土地基處理方法進(jìn)行了廣泛的調(diào)查以及資料收集,分析得出貴州山區(qū)特有的軟土地基破壞形式,,在對(duì)貴州省境內(nèi)山區(qū)軟土地基的工程特性進(jìn)行調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,分析總結(jié)出貴州山區(qū)軟土的環(huán)境、層理、季節(jié)以及物理力學(xué)特性,并且總結(jié)歸納出軟土變形的特點(diǎn),根據(jù)變形特征提出在具體路段運(yùn)用CFG樁復(fù)合地基處理軟土路基的方案。文中介分別紹了CFG樁復(fù)合地基的組成及工作機(jī)理,針對(duì)CFG裝特有的樁體組合特征,具體闡述了復(fù)合地基承載力特性、沉降變形理論。并通過對(duì)依托工程中采用CFG裝處理的軟土地基的沉降進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀測(cè)。在所得觀測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,建立不同的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,對(duì)軟土地基的沉降進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),并且對(duì)預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,評(píng)價(jià)預(yù)測(cè)效果。 論文的最終研究結(jié)果為軟基處理的工后沉降的預(yù)測(cè)提供理論依據(jù)。但當(dāng)前,采用現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)預(yù)測(cè)工后沉降的研究落后于實(shí)際運(yùn)用,故在以后的工作中應(yīng)進(jìn)一步探索軟基處理的沉降預(yù)測(cè)方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic construction in the western region of China in recent years, the construction of expressway in the southwest mountainous area has also developed by leaps and bounds. Different from the soft soil foundation existing in coastal areas and inland plain areas, Because the soft soil foundation in Guizhou mountainous area has its own different characteristics, and has very complex and diverse ground failure forms and deformation characteristics, it needs to face a very complex climate in the construction process. New problems such as hydrology and geology are becoming more and more prominent, which makes the research on soft soil foundation in Guizhou mountainous area become a representative technical problem in highway construction, especially the settlement and prediction after treatment. In this paper, the soft soil foundation treatment method along the highway in Guizhou mountainous area is investigated extensively and the data is collected, and the unique soft soil foundation failure form in Guizhou mountainous area is analyzed. Based on the investigation of the engineering characteristics of soft soil foundation in mountainous area of Guizhou Province, the paper analyzes and summarizes the environment, bedding, season and physical and mechanical characteristics of soft soil in Guizhou mountainous area, and summarizes the characteristics of soft soil deformation. According to the deformation characteristics, the paper puts forward the scheme of using CFG pile composite foundation to treat soft soil roadbed in specific road sections. The composition and working mechanism of CFG pile composite foundation are introduced in this paper, aiming at the special pile-body combination characteristics of CFG installation. The bearing capacity characteristics of composite foundation and the theory of settlement and deformation are expounded in detail. Based on the observed data, different neural network models are established by observing the settlement of soft soil foundation treated by CFG in supporting engineering. The settlement of soft soil foundation is forecasted, and the prediction results are summarized and analyzed to evaluate the effect of prediction. The final results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the prediction of post-construction settlement in soft foundation treatment, but at present, the research on prediction of post-construction settlement with modern science and technology lags behind the actual application. Therefore, the settlement prediction method of soft foundation treatment should be further explored in the future work.
