公共自行車出行質(zhì)量實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:以上海閔行區(qū)公共自行車系統(tǒng)為例,調(diào)查獲得人們在公共自行車系統(tǒng)實(shí)施之后出行方式的轉(zhuǎn)換,采用離散選擇模型解釋這種轉(zhuǎn)換下的決策機(jī)制.發(fā)現(xiàn)公共自行車特征、出行時耗以及服務(wù)點(diǎn)可達(dá)性是出行方式轉(zhuǎn)換的重要影響要素.應(yīng)用模型發(fā)現(xiàn)公共自行車使用者的出行質(zhì)量顯著提升,而出行總質(zhì)量提升最多的集中于較為功利性的出行目的.轉(zhuǎn)換自公交方式的出行獲得質(zhì)量提升最多,轉(zhuǎn)換自小汽車的出行質(zhì)量提升最少.預(yù)估并比較服務(wù)站點(diǎn)密度增加和公共電動自行車兩種服務(wù)方式的競爭力發(fā)現(xiàn),后者對出行質(zhì)量提升的效果明顯高于前者.
[Abstract]:Taking the public bicycle system in Minhang District of Shanghai as an example, this paper investigates the change of travel mode after the implementation of the public bicycle system, and explains the decision-making mechanism of the conversion by using discrete selection model. The characteristics of public bicycle are found. Travel time consumption and service point accessibility are the important factors influencing the change of travel mode. The application of the model shows that the public bicycle users' travel quality is significantly improved. And the most of the total quality of travel is focused on the more utilitarian purpose of travel. The quality improvement of commuting from the public transport mode is the most. Compared with the competitiveness of the two service modes, it is found that the latter is more effective than the former in improving the travel quality.
