【摘要】：為了研究不同發(fā)泡條件下泡沫瀝青的降黏效果,選擇70#基質(zhì)瀝青和SBS改性瀝青,進行正交試驗。對不同發(fā)泡條件下泡沫瀝青的黏度進行研究,結(jié)果表明:基質(zhì)泡沫瀝青降黏效果影響程度為:發(fā)泡用水量發(fā)泡溫度發(fā)泡水溫,在發(fā)泡溫度為150℃,用水量為3%,水溫為20℃的條件下70#基質(zhì)泡沫瀝青降黏效果最優(yōu)。SBS改性泡沫瀝青降黏效果影響程度為:發(fā)泡溫度發(fā)泡用水量發(fā)泡水溫,在發(fā)泡溫度為160℃,用水量為3%,水溫為60℃的條件下SBS改性泡沫瀝青降黏效果最優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the different asphalt foam foaming condition and viscosity reducing effect, select 70# asphalt and SBS modified asphalt were studied by orthogonal test. The asphalt foaming conditions under different foam viscosity were studied. The results show that the matrix affect the degree of viscosity of foam asphalt effect: foaming water foaming temperature foaming temperature, foaming temperature at 150 C, water consumption is 3%, the best.SBS modified clay foam asphalt reduced the influence degree of viscosity effect of drop water temperature is 20 DEG C under 70# matrix foam asphalt foaming temperature foaming water foaming temperature, foaming at the temperature of 160 degrees centigrade, water consumption is 3%, the water temperature is 60 DEG C under the condition of SBS foam asphalt viscosity is optimal.
