【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展,城市空間規(guī)模的快速膨脹,城市交通問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)重。僅依靠加大交通設(shè)施供給的交通發(fā)展模式已經(jīng)不能滿足城市交通需求成為業(yè)界共識(shí),交通問(wèn)題日益成為制約城市發(fā)展的主要問(wèn)題之一。緩解城市交通問(wèn)題,除了進(jìn)行必要的交通設(shè)施建設(shè),提高現(xiàn)有城市道路交通系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行效率十分必要。 論文依托國(guó)家自然科學(xué)青年基金資助項(xiàng)目《基于時(shí)空檢測(cè)的擁堵交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)本征提取及快速疏散算法研究(No.61304195)》和安徽省自然科學(xué)青年基金資助項(xiàng)目《擁堵交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間態(tài)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)換機(jī)理及其快速疏散研究(No.1408085QF111)》,對(duì)城市道路空間資源優(yōu)化問(wèn)題和方法進(jìn)行研究,具體涉及以下內(nèi)容:城市道路通行效率影響因素、城市道路路段可變車道設(shè)置方法、城市道路公交專用車道設(shè)置方法和城市道路優(yōu)化利用綜合評(píng)價(jià)。 首先,對(duì)城市交通效率問(wèn)題的含義和度量進(jìn)行探討。從城市布局特征、城市交通結(jié)構(gòu)、城市交通設(shè)施和城市交通管理四個(gè)層面對(duì)城市道路通行效率的影響因素進(jìn)行定性分析,闡述影響城市交通效率原因,為基于交通效率的城市道路路段可變車道設(shè)置方法、城市道路公交專用車道優(yōu)化布局方法和城市道路優(yōu)化利用綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系構(gòu)建提供依據(jù)。 其次,提出城市道路路段可變車道設(shè)置方法和城市道路公交專用車道優(yōu)化布局方法,二者分別以單位時(shí)空資源下完成的車流量最大和總出行時(shí)間成本最小為提高交通效率的研究目的。一定的道路時(shí)空資源下所通過(guò)的交通量越多、車輛運(yùn)行速度越快,則交通效率就越大,基于此提出了考慮通行效率的路段可變車道設(shè)置方法。公交專用道網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局研究中,主要從出行者角度出發(fā),以總出行時(shí)間費(fèi)用最小為目標(biāo),結(jié)合高峰小時(shí)公交出行OD矩陣約束條件,給出了公交專用道網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化布局方法。 最后,遵循評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系建立的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和原則,選取人口密度等23個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建城市道路空間資源評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,給出評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的分級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建議值,運(yùn)用層次分析法確定評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,為城市交通效率的綜合評(píng)價(jià)提供方法,為交通方案優(yōu)化提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our society and economy , the rapid expansion of urban space scale , the problem of urban transportation is becoming more and more serious . Only by increasing the traffic development mode of supply of traffic facilities has become one of the main problems restricting the development of the city . In addition to the necessary construction of transportation facilities , it is necessary to improve the operation efficiency of the existing urban road traffic system . Based on the research on urban road space resources optimization problems and methods , the paper studies the urban road spatial resource optimization problems and methods based on the national natural science youth fund - funded project , the study of urban road spatial resource optimization problems and methods ( No.1408085QF111 ) . The paper mainly deals with the following aspects : the influencing factors of urban road traffic efficiency , the method of setting the variable lane of urban road sections , the method for setting the bus lanes for urban roads and the comprehensive evaluation of urban road optimization . Firstly , the paper discusses the meaning and measure of urban traffic efficiency problems . It analyzes the influencing factors of urban road traffic efficiency from the four aspects of urban layout feature , urban transport structure , urban transportation facilities and urban traffic management , and expounds the reasons for influencing the urban traffic efficiency , and provides the basis for the construction of the urban road section variable lane setting method based on traffic efficiency , the optimization layout method of the bus lane of the urban road and the urban road optimization . Secondly , the method for setting the variable lane of urban road segment and the optimal layout method for bus lane of urban road are put forward . Both the maximum traffic volume and the total travel time cost are the minimum for the research purpose of improving traffic efficiency . The more the traffic is adopted under certain road space - time resources , the greater the traffic efficiency , the more the traffic efficiency is considered . Finally , it follows the criteria and principles established by the evaluation index system , selects 23 evaluation indexes , such as population density , constructs the index system of urban road spatial resources evaluation , gives the evaluation index evaluation index recommendation value , uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation index , provides a method for the comprehensive evaluation of the urban traffic efficiency , and provides a reference for the optimization of the traffic scheme .
