灌入式保水性瀝青混凝土抗車轍性能及機(jī)理分析

【摘要】:為了有效地評(píng)價(jià)保水性瀝青路面的抗車轍性能,揭示其抗車轍機(jī)理,分別進(jìn)行了3個(gè)不同空隙率的馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度試驗(yàn)和車轍試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:灌入保水性砂漿后,馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度增長(zhǎng)了0.7~1.4倍,動(dòng)穩(wěn)定度增長(zhǎng)了9~37倍,其中空隙率為28%的增長(zhǎng)幅度最大,抗車轍性能也最優(yōu)。同時(shí)與傳統(tǒng)的瀝青混凝土AC-13及SMA-13對(duì)比,灌入保水砂漿的試件動(dòng)穩(wěn)定度值比AC-13高出8~15倍,比SMA-13高出2~5倍,充分表明了保水性瀝青路面具有優(yōu)越的抗車轍性能。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively evaluate the anti rutting performance of asphalt pavement water retention, reveal the mechanism of anti rutting, respectively, 3 different voidage Marshall stability test and rutting test were carried out. The results showed that the water poured into the mortar, Marshall stability increased by 0.7~1.4 times, the dynamic stability of the growth of 9~37 times among them, the gap rate of 28% of the largest increase, anti rutting performance is optimal. At the same time compared with the traditional SMA-13 and AC-13 asphalt concrete, poured into the mortar specimen dynamic stability is higher than AC-13 by 8~15 times, 2~5 times higher than SMA-13, fully shows that the water retention of asphalt pavement has the anti rutting performance is superior.
