基于行人選擇偏好的立體過街設(shè)施服務(wù)性能評價研究

【摘要】:步行,人類最原始的出行方式,即使是出行方式多種多樣的今天,依然是城市交通出行方式的重要組成部分。相比其他出行方式,行人在步行過程中是弱勢群體,尤其是在車流量比較大的路段和交叉口,行人在過街過程中極易受到傷害,且嚴(yán)重影響機動車的通行。立體過街設(shè)施能夠從根本上解決人車沖突,保證行人這個弱勢群體,正因如此,,立體過街設(shè)施在各大地市應(yīng)用比較廣泛。 首先分析立體過街設(shè)施分類及特點,并以哈爾濱和濟南為例簡要闡述了立體過街設(shè)施的應(yīng)用,對哈爾濱10處立體過街設(shè)施的服務(wù)性能調(diào)查進行調(diào)查,分析了立體過街設(shè)施設(shè)置與否及設(shè)置方式對行人速度特性、自組織特性的影響;并以哈爾濱10處立體過街設(shè)施服務(wù)性能調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ),分析了調(diào)查點立體過街設(shè)施的服務(wù)性能、行人對立體過街設(shè)施的滿意度及行人的選擇偏好。 從行人對立體過街設(shè)施的選擇偏好及行人對立體過街設(shè)施的選擇偏好模型的分類的界定,行人對立體過街設(shè)施選擇偏好模型的影響因素、模型的建立、參數(shù)標(biāo)定和模型檢驗等方面研究行人對立體過街設(shè)施的選擇偏好模型,建立了基于計量經(jīng)濟學(xué)的行人選擇偏好Probit模型,研究表明行人的年齡、性別及隨身的行李數(shù)量,立體過街設(shè)施是否有自動扶梯等因素對行人的選擇影響顯著。 以各調(diào)查點立體過街設(shè)施的服務(wù)性能調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ),從立體過街設(shè)施服務(wù)性能評價的界定、評價目的和評價內(nèi)容和立體過街設(shè)施服務(wù)性能評價體系等方面簡要闡述的立體過街設(shè)施的服務(wù)性能評價。然后通過分析傳統(tǒng)熵值法在綜合評價中的不足,并應(yīng)用改進熵值法,建立基于改進熵值法的立體過街設(shè)施服務(wù)性能評價模型,對10調(diào)查地點的立體過街設(shè)施進行了綜合評價,并提出了改善立體過街設(shè)施的服務(wù)性能的措施。
[Abstract]:Walking, the most primitive travel mode of human beings, is still an important part of urban transportation travel mode, even when it is varied. Compared with other travel modes, pedestrian is a vulnerable group in the course of walking. Especially in the sections and intersections where the traffic flow is relatively large, pedestrians are extremely vulnerable to injury in the process of crossing the street, and seriously affect the passage of motor vehicles. Three-dimensional crossing facilities can fundamentally resolve conflicts between people and vehicles and ensure that pedestrians are a vulnerable group. Because of this, three-dimensional cross-street facilities in major cities are widely used. First of all, the classification and characteristics of stereoscopic crossing facilities are analyzed, and the application of stereoscopic crossing facilities in Harbin and Jinan is briefly described, and the service performance of 10 stereoscopic crossing facilities in Harbin is investigated. This paper analyzes the influence of setting up and setting mode on pedestrian speed and self-organizing characteristic, and analyzes the service performance of the investigation point, based on the investigation of service performance of 10 stereoscopic crossing facilities in Harbin. Pedestrian satisfaction with three-dimensional crossing facilities and pedestrian preferences. According to the classification of pedestrian's preference for three-dimensional crossing facilities and pedestrian's preference model for three-dimensional crossing facilities, the influence factors of pedestrian's preference model for three-dimensional crossing facilities and the establishment of pedestrian's model are discussed. Based on the parameter calibration and model test, the pedestrian preference model for pedestrian crossing facilities is studied, and the Probit model of pedestrian preference based on econometrics is established. The results show that the pedestrian's age, sex and the amount of luggage carried with him. Whether there are escalators in three-dimensional crossing facilities has a significant impact on pedestrian selection. Based on the investigation of the service performance of the stereoscopic crossing facilities at each survey point, the definition of the service performance evaluation of the stereoscopic crossing facilities is given. The purpose and content of the evaluation and the evaluation system of the service performance of the stereoscopic crossing facilities are briefly described in this paper. Then the shortcomings of the traditional entropy method in the comprehensive evaluation are analyzed, and the improved entropy method is applied to evaluate the service performance of the stereoscopic crossing facilities. Based on the improved entropy method, the service performance evaluation model of the stereoscopic crossing facilities was established, and the comprehensive evaluation of the stereoscopic crossing facilities in 10 investigation sites was carried out, and the measures to improve the service performance of the stereoscopic crossing facilities were put forward.
