玉希莫勒蓋隧道溫度場(chǎng)及保溫層厚度的研究

【摘要】:新疆G217國(guó)道玉希莫勒蓋隧道位于高海拔季節(jié)性凍土地區(qū),為確保隧道運(yùn)營(yíng)的安全性,需對(duì)其溫度場(chǎng)及保溫層厚度進(jìn)行研究。針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題,文章首先采用自動(dòng)溫度監(jiān)測(cè)儀對(duì)該隧道進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀測(cè),得到隧道不同徑向深度處的溫度變化規(guī)律;通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)測(cè)定相關(guān)計(jì)算參數(shù),并根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)溫度監(jiān)測(cè)的擬合分析結(jié)果確定模型邊界條件,將該隧道未鋪設(shè)保溫層時(shí)的溫度場(chǎng)計(jì)算結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)溫度監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,可以看出兩者變化趨勢(shì)基本吻合;然后進(jìn)一步分析現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采用5 cm保溫層的可靠性,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,在襯砌壁后仍存在0.4m的凍結(jié)范圍;同時(shí)分析了凍結(jié)鋒面的擴(kuò)展規(guī)律,得出拱肩和底板是凍結(jié)鋒面擴(kuò)展速度最快、距離最遠(yuǎn)的部位,視為整個(gè)斷面的危險(xiǎn)位置;最后以拱肩和底板處襯砌外側(cè)的溫度是否為0℃作為判據(jù)計(jì)算了該隧道所需保溫層厚度。文章研究成果對(duì)高山季節(jié)性寒區(qū)隧道的建設(shè)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the safety of the tunnel, it is necessary to study the temperature field and the thickness of the insulation layer in order to ensure the safety of the tunnel. In this paper, the temperature variation of the tunnel at different radial depths is obtained by using the automatic temperature monitor, and the relevant calculation parameters are measured by indoor test. The boundary conditions of the model are determined according to the fitting and analyzing results of field temperature monitoring. The calculated results of temperature field of the tunnel without insulation layer are compared with the results of field temperature monitoring, and it can be seen that the variation trend of the two models is basically consistent. Then, the reliability of the 5 cm insulation layer is further analyzed. The calculation results show that there is still a freezing range of 0.4 m behind the lining wall, and the expansion law of the freezing front is analyzed at the same time, it is concluded that the arch shoulder and the bottom plate are the fastest expansion speed of the frozen front. The farthest part is regarded as the dangerous position of the whole section; Finally, the thickness of insulation layer of the tunnel is calculated according to whether the temperature outside the lining outside the arch shoulder and the bottom plate is 0 鈩,
