【摘要】：泡沫瀝青作為一種路面再生穩(wěn)定劑，因其穩(wěn)定再生混合料在材料性能、經(jīng)濟(jì)性能、環(huán)保性能等方面所體現(xiàn)的明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)而廣泛的應(yīng)用在路面再生中。但是泡沫瀝青的制取設(shè)備幾乎完全依賴進(jìn)口，因此自主研發(fā)泡沫瀝青制取設(shè)備成為了一種必然趨勢(shì)。國內(nèi)某公司生產(chǎn)的FB-100型泡沫瀝青試驗(yàn)機(jī)，在制取泡沫瀝青的過程中，采用的控制方式為繼電器控制方式，工藝參數(shù)調(diào)整不方便，功能的后續(xù)添加性較差。本文以FB-100型泡沫瀝青試驗(yàn)機(jī)為研究對(duì)象，設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)出一套新的控制系統(tǒng)，，解決上述問題。 首先，基于對(duì)泡沫瀝青試驗(yàn)機(jī)的工況要求，在對(duì)國內(nèi)外不同類型的發(fā)泡設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行調(diào)研后，提出了以PLC為控制器的控制方案；其次，對(duì)泡沫瀝青的工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建模，利用遺傳算法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，得出了一種新的求解最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)的方法；最后，基于S7-200的控制器，完成了系統(tǒng)的整體開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:As a kind of pavement regenerative stabilizer, foamed asphalt can stabilize the recycled mixture in material performance and economic performance. The obvious advantages of environmental protection and other aspects are widely used in road regeneration. But the equipment for producing foamed asphalt is almost entirely dependent on imports. Therefore, the independent research and development of foam asphalt production equipment has become an inevitable trend. In the process of producing foam asphalt, the FB-100 type foam asphalt testing machine produced by a domestic company is controlled by relays. The adjustment of process parameters is not convenient, and the function of subsequent addition is poor. In this paper, a new control system is designed and developed to solve the above problems by taking FB-100 type foam asphalt testing machine as the research object. First of all, based on the requirements of the working conditions of the asphalt foam testing machine, after the investigation of different types of foaming equipment control system at home and abroad, the control scheme based on PLC controller is put forward. The process parameters of foamed asphalt are modeled by neural network and optimized by genetic algorithm, and a new method to solve the optimal process parameters is obtained. Finally, the whole development of the system is completed based on the controller based on S7-200.
