雙排支座先簡支后連續(xù)PC箱梁橋病害分析及加固方法

【摘要】:簡支轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)箱梁橋在公路建設(shè)工程中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,隨著時間的推移,受氣候、環(huán)境因素的影響,結(jié)構(gòu)材料逐漸老化、劣化,導(dǎo)致材料性能變差,而設(shè)計、施工質(zhì)量的缺陷和車輛超載等因素,更使得建成后的許多橋梁出現(xiàn)損傷病害,導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力降低、耐久性缺失,,有的已嚴(yán)重影響到橋梁的使用安全。 本文在總結(jié)目前國內(nèi)關(guān)于簡支轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)橋構(gòu)造形式、常見病害和加固方法的基礎(chǔ)上,以重載交通下的雙排座普通鋼筋形式連續(xù)的某5×20m簡支轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)梁橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘,對?shí)橋病害進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,采用桿系有限元對原設(shè)計狀況和當(dāng)前狀況進(jìn)行了分析驗(yàn)算,同時針對這兩種狀況考慮簡支轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)施工階段利用ABAQUS實(shí)體單元仿真分析,分析該種構(gòu)造形式下成橋狀態(tài)薄弱部位和裂縫開展區(qū)域以研究實(shí)橋裂縫成因,并與實(shí)橋檢測結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比分析,分析了墩頂雙排支座普通鋼筋連續(xù)、雙排支座預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)和單排支座預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)構(gòu)造形式下的結(jié)構(gòu)受力,進(jìn)一步探討了支點(diǎn)處雙排支座簡支轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)梁橋的加固方法。最后,通過依托工程橋梁實(shí)際應(yīng)用對比加固前、后的靜載試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,評價加固后的橋梁承載力。 本文研究成果已成功地運(yùn)用于依托工程,實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明:本文研究方法對于該類橋梁具有指導(dǎo)性作用。
[Abstract]:Simply supported continuous box girder bridges have been widely used in highway construction projects. With the passage of time, due to the influence of climate and environmental factors, the structural materials are gradually aging and deteriorating, which leads to the deterioration of material performance. The defects of construction quality and overloading of vehicles make many bridges appear damage and disease, which lead to the decrease of the bearing capacity of the structure and the lack of durability, some of which have seriously affected the safety of the use of the bridges. On the basis of summing up the construction form, common diseases and reinforcement methods of the simple supported continuous bridge in China, this paper takes a 5 脳 20m continuous beam bridge with two rows of ordinary steel bars under heavy load traffic as the engineering background. The disease of real bridge is investigated, and the original design condition and current condition are analyzed and checked by using the finite element method of the bar system. At the same time, in view of these two conditions, the ABAQUS entity element is used to simulate and analyze the continuous construction stage of the simply supported bridge. In order to study the causes of the cracks in the bridge, the weak part of the bridge and the crack developing area under this structural form are analyzed, and compared with the test results of the real bridge, the continuity of the common steel bars on the double row supports at the top of the pier is analyzed. In this paper, the reinforcement method of double row support simply supported continuous beam bridge is further discussed in the form of prestressed continuous structure of double row support and single row support of prestressed continuous structure. Finally, the actual application of the bridge is compared and strengthened by relying on the engineering bridge. The results of static load test are used to evaluate the bearing capacity of the strengthened bridge. The research results of this paper have been successfully applied to the supporting engineering, and the practical engineering application results show that the research method in this paper is instructive for this kind of bridge.
