混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)裂縫萌生開(kāi)展的擴(kuò)展有限元分析

【摘要】:在鋼筋-混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的有限元分析中,構(gòu)件的裂紋處理一直是該領(lǐng)域研究的熱點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。本文在分析總結(jié)擴(kuò)展有限元理論的基礎(chǔ)上,依托周志祥教授所承擔(dān)的交通運(yùn)輸部建設(shè)科技項(xiàng)目“SWFC復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)在西藏地區(qū)連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋中的應(yīng)用研究”展開(kāi)以下主要研究工作: ①在歸納總結(jié)擴(kuò)展有限元現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,推導(dǎo)了以應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子為未知量的裂尖應(yīng)力表達(dá)式,,利用單位分解法把裂尖富集函數(shù)內(nèi)插到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)形函數(shù)中,得到了新的形函數(shù)的矩陣表達(dá)。 ②基于ABAQUS擴(kuò)展有限元的原理,以Matlab為平臺(tái),依據(jù)極限應(yīng)變率擴(kuò)展準(zhǔn)則和改進(jìn)的極限應(yīng)變率擴(kuò)展準(zhǔn)則,針對(duì)裂尖富集函數(shù)的實(shí)現(xiàn),編寫了擴(kuò)展有限元分析程序。編寫的擴(kuò)展有限元程序,不僅了考慮了已開(kāi)裂單元的富集函數(shù),而且應(yīng)用裂尖富集函數(shù),更準(zhǔn)確的描述了裂尖漸進(jìn)場(chǎng),精確地追蹤了裂縫尖端的應(yīng)力的改變。該程序同時(shí)使用子三角形法進(jìn)行裂尖網(wǎng)格密度重加密,運(yùn)用水平集函數(shù)進(jìn)行裂紋擴(kuò)展路徑的表示。 ③運(yùn)用Matlab-XFEM程序?qū)o(wú)窮板中邊裂紋、板內(nèi)多角度裂紋的靜止?fàn)顟B(tài)和無(wú)窮板的邊裂紋、復(fù)雜幾何條件下的邊裂紋的擴(kuò)展?fàn)顟B(tài)進(jìn)行了分析,表明新程序有不依賴網(wǎng)格密度和單元類型,具有無(wú)需指定裂紋擴(kuò)展的路徑并分析裂紋擴(kuò)展路徑快速準(zhǔn)確的特點(diǎn)。 ④運(yùn)用Abaqus軟件建立了SWFC試驗(yàn)梁的有限元實(shí)體模型,分別按擴(kuò)展有限元和損傷因子模型兩種方法分析了裂紋擴(kuò)展路徑,與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比分析表明擴(kuò)展有限元分析模型能更好的描述裂紋擴(kuò)展路徑。
[Abstract]:In the finite element analysis of reinforced concrete structures, the crack treatment of members is always a hot and difficult point in this field. In this paper, based on the analysis and summary of the extended finite element theory, Relying on Professor Zhou Zhixiang's scientific and technological project "Application of SWFC Composite structure in continuous rigid frame Bridges in Tibet", the following main research work has been carried out:. 1 on the basis of summing up the existing research results of extended finite element method, the crack tip stress expression with the unknown stress intensity factor is derived, and the enrichment function of the crack tip is interpolated into the canonical form function by using the unit decomposition method. The matrix representation of a new form function is obtained. 2 based on the principle of ABAQUS extended finite element, based on Matlab, according to the limit strain rate expansion criterion and the improved limit strain rate expansion criterion, the enrichment function of crack tip is realized. The extended finite element analysis program is written. The expanded finite element program not only considers the enrichment function of cracked elements, but also describes more accurately the progressive field of crack tip by using the enrichment function of crack tip. The stress change at the crack tip is accurately tracked. The program uses the sub-triangle method to reencrypt the density of the crack tip mesh and uses the level set function to express the crack propagation path. (3) the Matlab-XFEM program is used to analyze the edge cracks in infinite plates, the static state of multi-angle cracks in plates and the edge cracks in infinite plates, and the propagation states of edge cracks in infinite plates under complex geometric conditions. It is shown that the new program does not depend on mesh density and element type. There is no need to specify the path of crack growth and the analysis of the path of crack growth is rapid and accurate. (4) the finite element model of SWFC test beam is established by using Abaqus software, and the crack propagation path is analyzed according to the two methods of propagation finite element method and damage factor model, respectively. Compared with the experimental results, it is shown that the propagation finite element analysis model can better describe the crack growth path.
