天津某地鐵盾構(gòu)穿越既有鐵路工程變形規(guī)律及施工控制研究

【摘要】:摘要:社會的發(fā)展使得城市規(guī)模越來越大,人口越來越密集,進(jìn)而造成嚴(yán)重交通擁擠、環(huán)境惡化和資源的超前消耗。在解決城市問題的過程中,軌道交通以其運(yùn)量大、速度快、安全、準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)、保護(hù)環(huán)境、節(jié)約能源和用地等特點(diǎn)得到世界各國的認(rèn)可。高速鐵路與普速鐵路組成了城市之間的軌道交通體系;地鐵和直徑線等則組成了城市內(nèi)部軌道交通的體系。為滿足人們出行方便,地鐵與鐵路無縫化換乘已成為必然。在無縫化換乘中,地鐵穿越既有線將難以避免。地鐵施工對既有線的安全運(yùn)營帶來了影響。因此,分析地鐵盾構(gòu)穿越對既有線的影響,了解影響特點(diǎn)及變形規(guī)律,總結(jié)施工中的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),可以為類似工程提供參考依據(jù)。 本文以某天津新建地鐵區(qū)間盾構(gòu)穿越京津城際鐵路及地下直徑線工程為例,運(yùn)用數(shù)值模擬方法,結(jié)合監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),分析并總結(jié)京津城際客運(yùn)專線及直徑線在盾構(gòu)穿越下的變形特點(diǎn);總結(jié)施工經(jīng)驗(yàn);通過對比分析在不同施工參數(shù)及施工方案下既有線的變形特點(diǎn),給出施工控制建議,為類似工程施工提供參照依據(jù)。本文主要開展的研究工作如下: (1)運(yùn)用ANSYS有限元數(shù)值分析軟件,建立地層—結(jié)構(gòu)三維實(shí)體模型,計(jì)算盾構(gòu)穿越施工對京津城際鐵路及地下直徑線的影響,給出施工期間的變形控制指標(biāo)。結(jié)合監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),研究既有線的變形規(guī)律,總結(jié)施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 (2)對比分析不同施工方案、不同盾構(gòu)參數(shù)對既有線軌道和結(jié)構(gòu)的影響情況,為工程受條件限制時選擇最合理的施工方案提供參考依據(jù),指導(dǎo)類似工程施工。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the development of society, the urban scale is becoming larger and larger and the population is more and more dense, thus causing serious traffic congestion, environmental deterioration and advanced consumption of resources. In the process of solving the urban problems, rail transit has a large volume and a fast speed. The characteristics of safety, punctuality, environmental protection, energy conservation and land use are recognized by all over the world. Subway and diameter line constitute the system of urban rail transit. In order to meet the convenience of people, seamless transfer between subway and railway has become inevitable. It is difficult to avoid subway crossing existing lines. Subway construction has an impact on the safe operation of existing lines. Therefore, this paper analyzes the influence of shield tunneling on existing lines, understands the influence characteristics and deformation rules, and summarizes the successful experience in construction. It can provide reference for similar projects. In this paper, taking the shield tunneling project of a newly built subway section in Tianjin as an example, a numerical simulation method is used to combine the monitoring data with the construction of the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway and the underground diameter line. This paper analyzes and summarizes the deformation characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin intercity passenger dedicated line and diameter line under shield tunneling, summarizes the construction experience, compares and analyzes the deformation characteristics of existing lines under different construction parameters and construction schemes, and gives some suggestions for construction control. The main research work of this paper is as follows:. 1) using ANSYS finite element numerical analysis software, the three-dimensional solid model of stratum structure is established, the influence of shield tunneling construction on Beijing-Tianjin inter-city railway and underground diameter line is calculated, and the deformation control index during construction is given, and the monitoring data are combined. The deformation law of existing railway line is studied and construction experience is summarized. 2) the influence of different construction schemes and shield parameters on the track and structure of the existing railway line is comparatively analyzed, which provides a reference basis for selecting the most reasonable construction scheme when the project is restricted by the conditions, and guides the construction of similar projects.
