【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,道路暢行無阻的剛性需求正考驗(yàn)著公路系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)能力,中國城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展規(guī)劃的政策出臺(tái),城市化、城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展規(guī)劃將在未來成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主流,應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的是城市和城鎮(zhèn)機(jī)動(dòng)車數(shù)量急劇增長,高速公路的建設(shè)將是連接、助推城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的“必由之路”。高速公路的擁堵治理能力,已成為考驗(yàn)一個(gè)國家硬實(shí)力的重要指標(biāo),我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展和道路交通的不相適應(yīng)的問題由來已久,高速公路收費(fèi)問題一直是各級政府部門和社會(huì)公眾關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題,且呈現(xiàn)日益突出的傾向,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的宏觀需求,為能徹底解決高速公路的“痼疾”,基于RFID技術(shù)的全自動(dòng)收費(fèi)方式將是根本的解決方案。RFID技術(shù)源于美國,至二十世紀(jì)80年代后期,該技術(shù)開始進(jìn)入到商業(yè)領(lǐng)域并逐步走向成熟。該技術(shù)扭轉(zhuǎn)了被動(dòng)的人工收費(fèi)方式所帶來的低效率困局,因其完全實(shí)現(xiàn)了高速公路自動(dòng)收費(fèi),將是解決高速公路擁堵問題的重要技術(shù)手段。RFID技術(shù)以射頻信號(hào)非接觸的形式實(shí)現(xiàn)信息傳遞,快速高效的信息識(shí)別是該技術(shù)的重要特征之一。本文重點(diǎn)針對國際上被廣泛使用,且系統(tǒng)使用效果好的公路收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)研析,獲得相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)并經(jīng)過一系列的技術(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn),基本建立了系統(tǒng)模型,初步實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)收費(fèi)的目標(biāo)。本文核心討論了不停車收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)采用目前最流行的開源的三大框架,即Struts 2.0,Hibernate 3.0和Spring 3.0,其中Struts 2.0管理前臺(tái)頁面的跳轉(zhuǎn)和控制Servlets的調(diào)用,Hibernate 3.0負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)庫的連接與ORM映射等數(shù)據(jù)庫的事務(wù)管理,Spring 3.0負(fù)責(zé)Bean的管理與容器的管理。這三大框架以MVC模式為核心,各自完成自己的功能,從而組成基于RFID技術(shù)的高速公路不停車收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)的后臺(tái)核心。最后,本文對該系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行結(jié)果進(jìn)行了總結(jié)介紹。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the rigid demand for smooth and unobstructed roads is testing the service capability of the highway system. The policy of China's urbanization development plan has been issued, and China is urbanizing. The development plan of urbanization will become the mainstream of economic development in the future. What emerges as the times require is the rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles in cities and towns, and the construction of highways will be linked. The "only way" to promote the development of urbanization. The congestion management ability of the expressway has become an important index to test a country's hard power. The rapid development of our economy and the problem of road traffic mismatch have been around for a long time. The issue of highway toll collection has always been a hot issue concerned by government departments at all levels and the public at large, and has shown an increasingly prominent tendency. In order to realize the macro-demand of economic development, In order to completely solve the "chronic disease" of freeway, automatic toll collection method based on RFID technology will be the fundamental solution. The technology has begun to enter the commercial world and gradually matured. It has reversed the inefficiencies caused by the passive manual toll collection, because it has fully realized the automatic toll collection on the highway. RFID technology will be an important technical means to solve the problem of freeway congestion. RFID technology realizes information transmission in the form of radio frequency signal non-contact. Fast and efficient information identification is one of the important characteristics of this technology. And the system uses the good effect highway toll system to carry on the key analysis, obtains the related data and through a series of technical experiments, has basically established the system model, This paper discusses the design and implementation of non-stop toll collection system. The system adopts the three most popular open source frameworks. Struts 2.0 manages the jump of front page and controls the call of Servlets. Hibernate 3.0 is responsible for database transaction management, such as database connection and ORM mapping. Spring 3.0 is responsible for Bean management and container management. With the MVC pattern as the core, Each of them completes their own functions, thus forming the backstage core of freeway non-stop toll collection system based on RFID technology. Finally, this paper summarizes and introduces the operating results of the system.
