連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋箱梁腹板裂縫成因分析及預(yù)應(yīng)力效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:連續(xù)剛構(gòu)體系橋梁以其跨越能力大,受力合理,整體性好的優(yōu)點(diǎn),在橋梁界得到快速發(fā)展。然而在橋梁的建設(shè)和運(yùn)營過程中,箱梁腹板均在不同程度上出現(xiàn)了各種形式的裂縫。這些裂縫的出現(xiàn)不僅影響了橋梁的整體性和耐久性,而且還對結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性造成了嚴(yán)重危害。 本文主要通過研究豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力和縱向預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼束對箱梁腹板產(chǎn)生裂縫的影響機(jī)理,分析各種狀況下的腹板的受力狀態(tài),并提出相應(yīng)的防止腹板裂縫的設(shè)計(jì)措施。本文主要研究以下幾方面的內(nèi)容: 首先,,本文總結(jié)并歸納了箱梁腹板裂縫的主要形式和開裂部位,并具體分析了裂縫發(fā)生的原因、影響因素以及其受力機(jī)理;其次,依托工程實(shí)例建模,具體分析了不同狀態(tài)下豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力對箱梁腹板空間受力的影響,主要包括豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力的損失、豎向應(yīng)力筋的間距,豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的偏置和布置形式等方面,并提出了相應(yīng)預(yù)防裂縫產(chǎn)生的設(shè)計(jì)措施;最后,針對現(xiàn)在縱向預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼束的不同布置形式,探討了縱向鋼束對箱梁腹板受力的影響,得出應(yīng)該設(shè)置相應(yīng)的縱向鋼筋下彎束來協(xié)同腹板抗剪,防止裂縫產(chǎn)生。 總之,在預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)剛構(gòu)箱梁的設(shè)計(jì)中,在箱梁截面尺寸滿足受力要求的情況下,合理的布置豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力筋,可以有效的控制箱梁腹板的主拉應(yīng)力和和剪應(yīng)力不超出混凝土的強(qiáng)度極限值,從而防止裂縫開裂。同時(shí),還應(yīng)該設(shè)置相應(yīng)的下彎束,保證腹板均勻受力,協(xié)同豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋共同抗剪。
[Abstract]:The continuous rigid frame bridge has the advantages of large spanning capacity , reasonable stress , good integrity and rapid development in the bridge . However , in the construction and operation of the bridge , the web of the box girder has various forms of cracks in different degrees . The appearance of these cracks not only affects the integrity and durability of the bridge , but also poses a serious hazard to the safety of the structure . This paper mainly studies the influence mechanism of vertical prestress and longitudinal prestressed steel beam on the cracks in the web of box girder , analyzes the stress state of the web under various conditions , and puts forward the corresponding design measures to prevent the crack of web . Firstly , this paper summarizes and sums up the main forms and cracking parts of the cracks in the web of box girder , and analyzes the causes , influencing factors and the force mechanism of cracks . Secondly , based on the engineering case modeling , the influence of vertical prestress on the stress of the web of box girder is analyzed . Finally , according to the different layout of longitudinal prestressed steel beam , the influence of longitudinal steel beam on the stress of the web of box girder is discussed . In summary , in the design of prestressed concrete continuous rigid box girder , the vertical prestressed rib is reasonably arranged under the condition that the cross - sectional dimension of the box girder meets the stress requirement , so that the main tensile stress and the shearing stress of the web of the box girder can be effectively controlled not to exceed the strength limit value of the concrete , so that the crack is prevented .
