水泥混凝土路面板底脫空工作狀況分析及脫空評(píng)定技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國水泥混凝土路面的大規(guī)模建成,伴隨而來的是大量的水泥混凝土路面養(yǎng)護(hù)和維修工程。導(dǎo)致水泥混凝土路面破損的直接原因是由于板底脫空的存在,板底脫空增大了板彎沉和板內(nèi)應(yīng)力,并導(dǎo)致板迅速破壞,合理認(rèn)識(shí)板底脫空并采取有效的養(yǎng)護(hù)維修措施,對(duì)提高水泥混凝土路面耐久性和服務(wù)能力具有重要的意義。本文以水泥混凝土路面板底脫空為研究對(duì)象,分析脫空板的工作狀況,進(jìn)一步研究板底脫空評(píng)定方法,并提出脫空路面板養(yǎng)護(hù)維修措施,為脫空水泥混凝土路面專項(xiàng)處治技術(shù)做一些探索。 本文主要包含四個(gè)部分,首先分析水泥混凝土路面板底脫空的原因,接著介紹水泥混凝土路面板底脫空的形式及其發(fā)展規(guī)律,同時(shí)提出本文分析的脫空形式,并進(jìn)一步介紹本文采用的分析模型和分析理論。第二部分采用有限元理論對(duì)脫空水泥混凝土路面進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算,分析在板底脫空下水泥混凝土路面板彎沉和應(yīng)力變化特征,并通過改變路面結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)分析不同路面結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)下板彎沉和應(yīng)力特征,同時(shí)對(duì)水泥混凝土路面施加動(dòng)荷載,分析在動(dòng)荷載作用下板彎沉和應(yīng)力特征。第三部分首先對(duì)脫空進(jìn)行等級(jí)劃分,其次根據(jù)板在不同路面結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)下的彎沉規(guī)律,提出水泥混凝土路面脫空評(píng)定方法。第四部分根據(jù)脫空等級(jí)劃分情況提出板底脫空養(yǎng)護(hù)維修措施,按照維修項(xiàng)目將維修措施分為日常養(yǎng)護(hù)、小修和大修,并對(duì)其內(nèi)容進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:With the large-scale construction of cement concrete pavement in China, a large number of maintenance and repair projects of cement concrete pavement come along. The direct cause of cement concrete pavement damage is the existence of slab bottom void. The slab bottom void increases the plate deflection and internal stress, and leads to the rapid destruction of the plate. The reasonable understanding of the plate bottom void and effective maintenance measures are taken. It is of great significance to improve the durability and service ability of cement concrete pavement. This paper takes the void of cement concrete pavement floor as the research object, analyzes the working condition of the empty slab, and further studies the method of evaluating the void of the slab bottom. The maintenance measures are put forward for the special treatment technology of the voided cement concrete pavement. This paper mainly consists of four parts. Firstly, it analyzes the reasons of the void in the floor of cement concrete pavement, then introduces the form and development law of the void in the floor of cement concrete, and puts forward the void form analyzed in this paper. In the second part, the finite element theory is used to calculate the concrete pavement surface, and the characteristics of deflection and stress change of cement concrete pavement are analyzed. The deflection and stress characteristics of the slab under different pavement structural parameters are analyzed by changing the pavement structure parameters, and the dynamic load is applied to the cement concrete pavement at the same time. The characteristics of plate deflection and stress under dynamic load are analyzed. In the third part, the void is divided into different grades, and then according to the law of slab deflection under different pavement structure parameters, In part 4th, according to the classification of void grade, the maintenance measures of slab bottom void are put forward. According to the maintenance items, the maintenance measures are divided into daily maintenance, minor repair and overhaul, and the contents are designed.
