城市交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)可變車(chē)道設(shè)置方案研究

【摘要】:通勤交通導(dǎo)致潮汐交通流,進(jìn)而引發(fā)了潮汐式的交通擁堵,這一交通頑疾困擾著全世界大城市的每一個(gè)交通組織部門(mén)。鑒于可變車(chē)道技術(shù)在應(yīng)對(duì)潮汐交通擁堵方面的優(yōu)越性,越來(lái)越多的城市將其作為一種常規(guī)的緩堵手段。本文從潮汐交通擁堵擴(kuò)散網(wǎng)絡(luò)出發(fā),探尋網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)的最優(yōu)可變車(chē)道設(shè)置方案設(shè)計(jì)方法。 論文首先總結(jié)了潮汐式交通擁堵的形成原因、空間分布和時(shí)間分布等特性;探討了由于潮汐交通流引發(fā)的交通擁堵在交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的傳播規(guī)律,提出潮汐交通擁堵擴(kuò)散范圍的估算方法以及各路段潮汐擁堵持續(xù)時(shí)間的估算方法。在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外可變車(chē)道設(shè)計(jì)與運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析可變車(chē)道定義、類(lèi)型及特點(diǎn),從交通流向條件方面分析了不同車(chē)道數(shù)道路設(shè)置可變車(chē)道的臨界分布系數(shù)。從路段、交叉口以及可變車(chē)道起訖點(diǎn)三個(gè)方面對(duì)可變車(chē)道交通組織進(jìn)行了研究,并對(duì)可變車(chē)道的交通組織效果進(jìn)行了分析。 其次,本文提出一種考慮潮汐交通擁堵擴(kuò)散范圍內(nèi)所有主要道路,以路網(wǎng)高峰小時(shí)總延誤最小為目標(biāo)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)可變車(chē)道設(shè)置方案設(shè)計(jì)方法。建立道路可變車(chē)道數(shù)的計(jì)算模型,給出模型求解流程。定義降低延誤的貢獻(xiàn)系數(shù)并以此作為比選眾多可變車(chē)道設(shè)計(jì)方案的評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合交通分配技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)循環(huán)尋優(yōu)過(guò)程。建立分層次的交通擁堵評(píng)價(jià)模型,作為可變車(chē)道設(shè)置方案設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)劣的評(píng)價(jià)模型。 最后以成都市某潮汐交通擁堵明顯的區(qū)域交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)為算例,應(yīng)用本文給出的可變車(chē)道設(shè)置方案設(shè)計(jì)方法計(jì)算得到該區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)的可變車(chē)道設(shè)置方案。算例結(jié)果表明,相對(duì)實(shí)施可變車(chē)道方案前,該設(shè)計(jì)方法計(jì)算得到的可變車(chē)道設(shè)置方案能夠有效地降低潮汐交通高峰時(shí)的交通延誤,緩解路網(wǎng)內(nèi)道路擁堵。
[Abstract]:Commuter traffic leads to tidal traffic flow, which in turn leads to tidal congestion, a persistent traffic problem that afflicts every traffic organization in the world's largest cities, given the advantages of variable lane technology in dealing with tidal congestion. More and more cities regard it as a kind of conventional slow blocking method. Based on the tidal traffic congestion and diffusion network, this paper explores the optimal design method of variable lane layout in the network. Firstly, the paper summarizes the formation reasons, spatial distribution and time distribution of tidal traffic congestion, and discusses the propagation law of traffic congestion caused by tidal traffic flow in traffic network. This paper puts forward the estimation method of tidal traffic congestion and diffusion range and the estimation method of tidal congestion duration of each section. Based on summing up the experience of design and operation of variable lane at home and abroad, the definition, type and characteristics of variable lane are analyzed. In this paper, the critical distribution coefficient of variable lane is analyzed from the point of view of traffic flow direction. The traffic organization of variable lane is studied from three aspects: road section, intersection and the starting and ending point of variable lane. And the traffic organization effect of variable lane is analyzed. Secondly, this paper presents a scheme design method of variable lane setting in the network considering all the main roads in the range of tidal traffic congestion and diffusion, aiming at the minimum total delay of peak hour of road network, and establishes the calculation model of the number of variable lanes on the road. The process of model solving is given. The contribution coefficient of reducing delay is defined and used as the criterion to judge the choice of many variable lane design schemes, and the traffic assignment technology is combined. A hierarchical traffic congestion evaluation model is established, which can be used as the evaluation model for the design of variable lane setting scheme. Finally, taking a regional traffic network with obvious tidal traffic congestion in Chengdu as an example, the variable lane setting scheme is calculated by using the design method given in this paper. Compared with the variable lane scheme before implementation, the method can effectively reduce the traffic delay at the peak tide traffic and alleviate the road congestion in the road network.
