集裝箱碼頭閘口提還箱流程改進與系統(tǒng)設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:集裝箱碼頭是集裝箱運輸鏈的重要節(jié)點,巨量的集裝箱需要經(jīng)過集裝箱碼頭閘口與托運人或收貨人進行交接,其中涉及到大量的信息傳遞、手續(xù)的辦理和閘口檢查的過程。在提還箱過程中碼頭需要投入大量的資源,用戶需要排隊等待,因此如何提高集裝箱碼頭提還箱處理的效率、準確率并節(jié)省處理資源是值得研究的問題。目前這方面的研究主要集中在智能閘口方面,即通過光學字符識別(OCR)、射頻識別(RFID)、閉路電視系統(tǒng)(CCTV)、電子數(shù)據(jù)交換(EDI)等技術(shù)手段實現(xiàn)閘口處理效率和準確率的提升,而在閘口提還箱手續(xù)辦理和信息傳遞方面的研究則較少。本文針對集裝箱碼頭閘口提還箱流程改進進行了研究,聚焦在手續(xù)辦理和信息傳遞方面。本文基于運營管理的原則提出了初步改進方案,通過問卷調(diào)查和層次分析法確定了改進方案,并進行了相應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、開發(fā)和實踐,最后通過排隊論的方法,對流程改進后的停車場地和人力資源需求進行了分析。本文提出了三種新的集裝箱碼頭閘口提還箱手續(xù)辦理方法,使得客戶無需到碼頭柜臺進行辦理,方法之一是通過圖片傳遞的方式對EIR單證進行提前處理;方法之二是創(chuàng)新地將二維碼應(yīng)用于EIR單證,通過移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳遞二維碼的信息實現(xiàn)自動處理,并減少人工處理,提高準確性;方法之三是通過發(fā)送短信來完成部分業(yè)務(wù)的辦理。本文設(shè)計了二維碼EIR生成標準,并開發(fā)了圖片接收處理系統(tǒng)、監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、短信處理和回復系統(tǒng)、系統(tǒng)自動處理接口和手機應(yīng)用程序。本文提出的流程改進方法對于進一步提高集裝箱碼頭行業(yè)閘口服務(wù)效率、節(jié)約碼頭資源和減少碳排放具有重要的意義,并已在C集裝箱碼頭進行了實際應(yīng)用,經(jīng)過一年的推廣,取得了較好的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。但由于現(xiàn)階段智能終端、移動網(wǎng)絡(luò)和用戶技能等客觀條件的限制,使得本文的研究和應(yīng)用受到了一定影響。
[Abstract]:Container terminal is an important node of container transportation chain. A large number of containers need to pass through the gate of container terminal to transfer with shipper or consignee, which involves a lot of information transmission. The handling of formalities and the process of gate inspection. In the process of handling and returning containers, the wharf needs to invest a lot of resources, and users need to wait in line. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of handling container and return containers in container terminals, The accuracy and saving of processing resources are worthy of study. At present, the research in this area is mainly focused on intelligent gates, In other words, the efficiency and accuracy of gate processing can be improved by means of optical character recognition (OCR), radio frequency identification (RFID), closed circuit television system (CCTV) and electronic data interchange (EDI). However, there is less research on the handling of gate lift and return box and the transmission of information. In this paper, the improvement of container handling and return process of container terminal gate is studied. Based on the principle of operation management, this paper puts forward a preliminary improvement plan, determines the improvement plan by questionnaire survey and AHP, and carries on the corresponding system design, development and practice. Finally, through the method of queue theory, the paper analyzes the parking space and human resource demand after flow improvement. Three new methods of handling container gate and return box are put forward in this paper, so that customers do not need to go to the terminal counter for handling. One of the methods is to process the EIR document in advance by the way of picture transmission, the second method is to apply the QR code to the EIR document innovatively, and to transmit the information of the QR code through the mobile Internet to realize the automatic processing, and to reduce the manual processing, the second method is to apply the QR code to the EIR document in an innovative way. To improve the accuracy, the third method is to complete part of the business processing by sending short messages. This paper designs the EIR generation standard, and develops a picture receiving and processing system, a monitoring system, a short message processing and a response system. The process improvement method proposed in this paper is of great significance to further improve the efficiency of gate service in container terminal industry, save terminal resources and reduce carbon emissions. It has been applied in C container terminal. After one year's popularization, it has achieved better economic and social benefits. However, due to the limitation of the objective conditions such as intelligent terminal, mobile network and user's skill at present, The research and application of this paper are influenced to some extent.
