基于響應(yīng)面法的曲線連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋可靠度分析

【摘要】:曲線連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋以其能夠適應(yīng)公路路線,外形美觀等優(yōu)勢(shì)得到廣泛的應(yīng)用,同時(shí)由于有許多不確定因素的干擾,造成結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力和變形不斷發(fā)生變化,因此在施工過程中必須進(jìn)行施工監(jiān)控。從可靠度理論出發(fā),對(duì)曲線連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋的側(cè)向位移施工期可靠度進(jìn)行分析,從而得到不同的施工階段的側(cè)向位移變化誤差允許值。而在可靠性參數(shù)靈敏度的結(jié)果分析中可以判斷出對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)影響比較大的因素,為施工監(jiān)控提供理論依據(jù)。本文以古藺河1號(hào)特大橋?yàn)楸尘?主要工作成果如下:建立了古藺河1號(hào)特大橋有限元模型,運(yùn)用響應(yīng)面法得到隱性的功能函數(shù),從而對(duì)橋梁側(cè)向位移的施工期可靠度進(jìn)行分析。分析結(jié)果表明,在不同施工階段,側(cè)向位移變化允許值取不同數(shù)值時(shí),計(jì)算得到古藺河1號(hào)特大橋在各工況施工時(shí)主梁關(guān)鍵截面?zhèn)认蛭灰频目煽慷群褪Ц怕?從而能給出該施工階段的允許誤差,當(dāng)實(shí)測(cè)側(cè)向位移誤差超過誤差允許值時(shí),說(shuō)明施工質(zhì)量或施工監(jiān)測(cè)存在問題,應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量控制。研究了影響因素的可靠性參數(shù)靈敏度。分析結(jié)果表明,各參數(shù)對(duì)曲線連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋側(cè)向位移的影響大小依次為:混凝土容重、預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉值、混凝土彈性模量和鋼絞線彈性模量,參數(shù)靈敏度分析結(jié)果對(duì)參數(shù)識(shí)別和線型控制均有較大的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Curved continuous rigid frame bridge has been widely used because of its advantages such as being able to adapt to highway route, beautiful appearance and so on. At the same time, due to the interference of many uncertain factors, the internal force and deformation of the structure are constantly changing. Therefore, the construction monitoring must be carried out during the construction process. Based on the reliability theory, the reliability of the curved continuous rigid frame bridge during the construction period is analyzed. Thus the allowable values of lateral displacement variation errors in different construction stages can be obtained, and the factors which have great influence on the structure can be judged in the result analysis of reliability parameter sensitivity. The main results are as follows: the finite element model of Gulin River No. 1 Bridge is established, and the implicit function function is obtained by using response surface method. The reliability of bridge lateral displacement during construction period is analyzed. The results show that the allowable values of lateral displacement change are different in different construction stages. The reliability and failure probability of the lateral displacement of the key section of the main beam during the construction of Gulin River No. 1 Bridge are calculated, and the allowable errors in the construction stage can be given. When the measured lateral displacement error exceeds the allowable value of the error, it is shown that there are problems in construction quality or construction monitoring, and quality control should be strengthened. The reliability parameter sensitivity of the influencing factors is studied. The influence of each parameter on lateral displacement of curved continuous rigid frame bridge is as follows: bulk density of concrete, prestress tensioning value, elastic modulus of concrete and elastic modulus of steel strand. The results of parameter sensitivity analysis are of great reference value for parameter identification and linear control.
